Highly recommend this fan for smaller rooms. Does a better job than a more typical ceiling fan for my son’s 12x14 room. I was skeptical that it would cool the whole room when I bought it but it performs very well. The blades spin very quickly when it is on high speed so I would not recommend for a room with a bunk bed where a child might stick a hand in, this also results in a fan sound more typical of the old style desk fans (my son likes this but may bother some folks, on lower speed you can hardly hear it). My son enjoys the “natural wind” setting that slowly changes the fan speed. He also likes the three colors, the blue setting creates a black light effect if you keep the outer light off. The small size made installing much easier than a typical ceiling fan. Highly recommend ... show more

I needed a smaller feature with a light and fan since the room is quite small. This works better than expected. It was easy to put up and I have used it nonstop for over a week. It has several features to choose for lighting and for fan speed. It isn't noisy. As other reviewers stated it beeps when it is turned on but this isn't annoying to me. I appreciate that it had an extra little sheet with the menu for the remote features. The nature wind feature is really different from other fans I have had in the past. It sounds like wind blowing through the trees. I am planning to buy another for the garage. ... show more

Pros: -Attractive look -Very bright light that can be dimmed and customized (warm, cool, daylight, blue, violet) -Low profile Cons: -Fan output only noticeable when standing directly underneath it -Air movement barely noticeable when in reverse mode -Noisier than a regular ceiling fan (sounds like a table fan) -Remote buttons are overly complicated -Fan defaults to standard mode when turned off, instead of keeping last setting. To switch to reverse mode, you have to press a fan speed button to start, press the reverse button, then press the fan speed button to start again, every time. ... show more

This is the second light/fan that I have purchased from them. I love their product. It comes fully assembled and only needs to be hooked up to the ceiling wiring. The lights are dimmable and have a choice of brightness and colors for the "night light." Their customer service is also great. we don’t have fans in the bedrooms and now that summer is coming i wanted something to get the air moving and hopefully help cool down the rooms since at night it cools down here. these are light enough that you don’t need a wood beam to mount it to which is good since there was no beam. but it’s super secure and the fan works great! love the light and i can use it as a night light for my daughter as well. going to buy two more to replace all the bedroom lights to this. ... show more
