It got stuck the first week, I was going to return it but then I got it to work- I assumed user error. Then it was good for 3 weeks, now gets stuck daily. Do not buy this product. The good is not a lot of litter gets kicked out with this design. Unfortunately I am out several hundred dollars for an automatic litter box, at least I can get it working daily? Box is too small for both of my cats. This would be good for cats under 5lbs maybe. My 17lb girl was able to make it work barely. 12lb girl can’t figure it out at all. Too small for her. The space available for litter is 13inches long and around 8 inches wide. That’s the only space the cat has access to. This box will not accept more than a 1/2 of litter (tidy cats). I’ve noticed this is based off weight so a lighter litter may work better. This box is also loud. It can be heard no matter where I am in my house, about as loud as a weedwacker, for the 30 second cycle. I found that instead of trying to reset after adding litter like it says in the manual, just let it go. As long as you don’t overfill it with litter the machine never seems to know if you added more or not. ... show more

I bought this for my one cat that remains inside. She's about 6 pounds, 19 years old. The bracket that the box slides into the unit broke after 4.5 months. The deodorant spray is as nauseating as cat pee, and it makes a mess. Awaiting a message back from the company and will update my star rating from there ... show more

I’ve had a litter robot for years and I wanted something open top for my bigger cat. This thing constantly beeps and flashes red that it’s not working. I have to keep pulling the tray out to clear it cause it won’t auto cycle. I hate this and wish I had not bought it. Waste of money I should have just bought another LR ... show more

I had issues with the machine, however, they helped me and communicated through the entire process. My one older kitty is scared of it. The kitten is using it fine after a week. It has cut down cleaning the box out. Instead of scooping twice a day. I am cleaning it out every 2 or 3 days. I have to warn you the pan where the litter is, only half the size of a regular pan.     • Its ok not for the price though.
I do love this thing but it have some short commings. You have to use like instant clumping cause this thing do not wait long enough to dump. The dump tray is too short in height so large chunk will smear on the bottom of the litter tray. The anti stink spray only activates when it detects light and when it does go off it just makes a wet smelly mess inside the dump box. 2 cats will fill this tray up in 2 to 3 days. It seems like the full dump tray dosnt work becausenit was so full it smeared everywhere and the front dump tray was full of kaka. Also when it dumps it will dump in the back so it "half full" and it will fall out of thr tray when you pull it out. I use fast clumping and the lightweight litter I notice the machine will yell at me when I fill up with fresh litter to the line. When I removed the litter it will function again. So it have a max weight limit. The grate/rakes do allow for stuff to slip through lucky my cats dont aim inside the fence. I let the grate flap open or loose it sometimes let clumps back out when it returns the litter and dump it next time. It a bit finicky to use but I got used to it. It did get stuck in the return litter postion not sure how or why, I kept resetting the power and double tap button to recalibrate eventually I did something right and it return to normal. I received two of these for my cats. I got them set up four days ago. One of them has a crack by the side, where the foot is making it hard for the drawer to close, causing the thing to constantly beep. It’s only been four days so I haven’t noticed on the one that doesn’t seem broken. Hopefully I can replace the one if I like the other one ... show more
