This spot cleaner came quickly and was packaged very nicely. It came in the box it's packaged in with no extra box and that was nice because I knew what it was! The inside of the box was packaged very neatly and everything was nice and snug inside the box. It was also quite easy to unpack and set out each item. There is a small amount of assembly required with a plastic piece that clips on the back to hold the hose and another plastic piece that clips on the side to hold the power cable. You will also have to attach the end to the hose. The instructions are clear on how to add water and cleaning solution and the reservoir that holds the clean and dirty water is easy to remove from the device itself so you can fill it and empty it with ease. The machine is loud but that's to be expected and relatively easy to operate. It has a button to spray out the cleaning solution and a brush to help really get in there along with the suction that pulls the water out. All in all, it's a pretty easy to use machine and it works.

This is a nice cleaner specially for couches! They give you water and also absorbs the dirt water. I have 2 kids and they are always dropping water and juice in my couches or car or my carpet. Ineeded this product! So happy i found a good one 10/10!!

Amazing build and quality and does a great job extracting porous surfaces. This can be used for many things including car carpets and seats, furniture, home carpet and more. It also not only has an extraction but a spray for cleaning. Easy to fill and empty. Long cord which helps from using an extension cord. Clear window so you can see all the dirty water getting sucked up. Looking forward to use this for years to come!
