I haven’t used this pots and pans set yet but the quality appears to be very good. Please be aware you have to add the handles to all the pans and pots and the handle to the lids. We already have one set of Carote and we were so excited about these gorgeous blue ones. Super disappointed when I opened them to find scratches like this inside of them. Still gave 4 stars because cook ability, the cookware quality and price.

I've been getting rid of old, damaged, and mismatched pots and pans recently, and wanting to replace them with newer, better performing sets. When I saw this CAROTE cookware online and was immediately drawn to the color, design, and components offered with this set. When it arrived, I was quickly impressed with the look, performance, and overall quality of the set. I've had them and have used them daily for some time now, and am still impressed with this cookware, and how well it'sholding up. There's a pot or pan for nearly every purpose and portion, and the non-stick surface performs extremely well and they clean easily. This was especially noted with the "egg" pan. I've scoffed at so many pans, rings, and other gadgets designed to produce perfectly cooked and symmetrical eggs, as they never seemed to deliver. The one with this set, to the contrary, works so well. Pops out perfectly cooked eggs every time, and the perfect size for English muffin or bagel breakfast sandwiches. I really appreciate how well and neatly these nest, with the entire set taking up minimal space, which is definitely a plus. This set has become my "go-to" for everyday use, and I have nothing but positive takeaways. I would certainly look for the CAROTE brand for future items after owning this cookware set. This is a nice set of pots and pans. They warm up pretty quick and keep an even temperature throughout the cooking surface. I generally don't love aluminum cookware. It tends to lose heat quickly when mixing or taking the pan off heat for a little bit (to stir, for example). These seem to keep their heat though which is nice. Cleaning is pretty straight-forward. The non-stick coating seems to do its job. I did have a few bits of food get stuck here and there but that's generally expected especially when cooking at high temps. Mine go thru the DW without incident and haven't seen any chipping of the like. My only critique, and this does not take away from the pans, is that they advertise 9 pieces where it's really 6. All manufacturers do this so its not really a problem but it is a personal pet peeve.

So far we’ve tried the soup pan, and the two skillets, and all seem to work well with our Bertazzoni induction stove. The soup pan took longer than expected to heat up, but I suspect I should have used the smaller burner. That hadn’t been an issue with other cookware, but the aluminum may be more sensitive to that type of thing. These pans are aesthetically pleasing and easy to store.
