Got these as an anniversary gift, haven't cooked on them yet, however upon just opening the box I love them. They feel nice and sturdy, the handles are made with a soft feel to them. I can not wait to cook on them.

Impressed with this set 3-piece set from the Carote Stockholm collection. We use this almost daily and found it attractive enough to leave out the stove. With just two of us, the cooking capacity is perfect. The heat distribution is even, no hot spots! A nice touch is having the silicone rimmed lid, so no worries about cracking the lid placing it on the pot. The handles may loosen but tighten super easily. Some discoloration on the bottom with frequent use but I have yet to find pans that don't do that.

I was in need of a new pot and pan, and luckily I came across this small cookware set on the Amazon Vine Program. I placed an order for it and was excited to have it delivered! This is the CAROTE 3-piece Stockholm Collection Cookware Set, in "light charcoal black" color. This is an aluminum, non-stick coated pot and pan, with a flat glass lid. When you get this set, you only need to screw the handles into the pot and pan, and you're good to go. In the past month, I've made plenty of asian and italian dishes with these, and they all turned out excellent. They're well coated, and have a durable, quality feel to them. One notable thing is that this is my first aluminum cookware set, after a life of using teflon pots and pans. The only difference with cooking these is that you don't have to use high heat over the stove. It requires a little more patience, but medium to medium-high heat is more than enough for this cookware, as stated in the instructions. Given that I have a gas stove, it still leaves a dark mark on the bottom of the pan, but it's merely cosmetic. The cooking surface has considerable stain resistance and is indeed non-stick, especially when you add a little oil to your cooking and don't burn your food. I also have a magnetic bar hanging over my stove, and these attach quite well! Overall, I'm pretty happy with this new set, and it's a pleasure to cook every time. This was originally $50, but it seems they've dropped the price to $30 some time after I ordered it, which is all the more win to you. I recommend it!

I’ve been using these non-stick pans since I got them, and they’ve worked really well! Food releases easily, making cooking and cleanup much more simple. They heat evenly and have held up nicely with regular use. I also appreciate that I haven’t had issues with sticking at all. Assembly was very simple and took no time at all. A screw driver was even included. These are even more pretty in person than the listing photos, and they're the kind of pan I don't mind leaving out on the stove when clean because it's so pretty. Overall, they’ve been reliable and a great addition to my kitchen.
