So, this is the first brand that totally blew my mind on how convenient, easy clean up, and BEAUTIFUL these sets are. Not only do they look pretty, but they are non-stick and the clean up is great. Another function I love about this is when I cooked Mac and cheese…I cooked the sauce in the pan, mixed the sauce together with the noodles, threw the pan into the oven (without the handles) and served it all in the same pan. So from start to finish I used one pan. I freaking love this so much. Customer service responds quick as well. Please, don’t hesitate! Just buy it!

I have never had a high quality set of pans before and now I will never go back. We were trying to get away from the non-stick ones that are harmful and these didn't have any coating. That feature is the least of why we love them so much. They heat so much more evenly than our old pans and our food tastes different in a great way. We use less oil to keep food from sticking because they are naturally non-stick. We use these daily and could not be happier. The lids are glass and have rubber feeling seals with vents to allow steam to get out without making the lids jump around. They are easy to clean as well.

We ditched the non-stick cookware years ago because of all the health issues that were becoming associated with it, and got accustomed again to using more oils and sprays than previously in our foods to ensure no stickiness. When we saw this, it was a chance to try something new that was non-stick without all the normal concerns. Here are our thoughts. + Lightweight. + The granite material has a nice textured feel to it. + The solid metal plate bottom is great, ensures a flat fit on various stovetop types. + The overall feel of the material and build is of a mid-high quality. + They do look cool and stylish. + The non stick works acceptably well. + Cleanup is easy enough. - The price is a bit high but not too much so for other higher quality cookware sets. - The material requires plastic or wooden utensils to avoid damage. - Cant be used in an oven or other very high temperature setting. - May not be great for a dishwasher.

This is a great set and I have been using them for over two months now. I love the wooden handles on the lid. Everything so far cooks nice and evenly.

The media could not be loaded. One of the instructions packed with the pan reads "Do not heat empty cookware as it may damage nonstick performance". The problem is if I heat the pan empty, it can easily lead to discoloration of the bottom or leave food marks. So, I thought, how would one fry eggs? Usually, I would get the pan hot, then I crack the eggs onto the pan. So, how would I do it with this pan? First, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, then heat the pan and finally, cook the egg. The video shows how that works.
