I dont write too many reviews but I do read them before purchasing something. I am now going to make sure I write more. I have tried many pans that were called non stick. And most are only for a short bit if at all. I have not had these long, but I cook a lot. So far just in the short time I have had them, I can tell you they are definitely a new breed of pan. They cook evenly which is a must. I love that i can use these in the oven and the handle is easy to attach and unattach. I have a small in house family buy we our kids come to dinner it is large. So I now need a bigger 12" pan so will be looking for that. The price on these was great and I felt safe spending that on them to try out. Definitely would buy again. Even may get a set for family. Buy them with confidence as they are a great set.

These pans are exactly like advertised. The non stick surface seems to work really well. I’ve cooked on them plenty of times over the course of a month and still no issues. I like the removable handle, it makes them very easy to stack in storage.

I enjoy cooking, especially cooking with great equipment. One of my favorite sayings is, “You can do anything with the right tools.” These seem like the right tools for when you need a frying pan on your stove, or a pan on your table, or space under your counters. As soon as I took these frying pans out of their box I was impressed with the weight of them. They are heavy gauge Aluminum pans. That means that they won’t dent under normal use (of course you could dent them if you tried, but I don’t think they’d dent even if you dropped them sideways on the floor – more likely the floor would dent). The thickness guarantees good heat transfer from the stove (or oven) to the inside of the pan, which means so many things – you don’t need to cook as “hot,” the pan will have an much more even heat, and more. That’s a good thing because the directions indicate that you should only cook at low and medium temperatures with these pans in order to preserve the non-stick surface from discoloration. Not a big deal with me as I avoid high temperatures (my smoke alarm is way too sensitive!) I was very impressed with the non-stick surface. I cooked (over my gas stove) some scrambled eggs with cheese (and smoked paprika and garlic powder – Yum!). The eggs slid out of the pan with no sticking. I did spray some olive oil on the pan as suggested, but that mostly beaded up, so I don’t think it helped a whole lot with the non-stickiness of the pan). I’ve included a picture of what the pan looked like after cooking the eggs (bits of eggs stuck to the side of the pan, etc.) and then a picture of what the pan looked like after I wiped it with a paper towel (clean!). I was impressed. The handle worked fine as well. Because of the rubber pads that line the handle clamp, the pan flexes in the handle. That took all of a second or two to get used to. I never had the slightest worry that the pan would fall off the handle (you can tell that it grips it very well). I’m uncertain what I think about the detachable handle. If it had a loop on it where I could hang it up next to the stove, I’m sure I would love it. As it is, it’s another thing that I have to put somewhere…and then find it when I need it. The pans are stackable, but the directions say that you should have some divider between the pans so that you won’t scratch the surface of the pans. That will take a bit of getting used to as well, but it won’t be that bad. In a short while I will have room in my cabinet for these two pans because I will be removing and storing away the two frying pans that I have stored there. I still have my large cast iron frying pan (the original non-stick pan!). I sincerely believe that I will never discard that, but these new pans will now have a place of use in my kitchen. If you’re a cook, expert or not, I recommend these pans to you. I don’t yet know about how long they will last, but if you don’t see anything about them sticking here, check the date of this review and you’ll know as I’ll keep this updated. I suspect that it will be some time.

As a person that likes to cook, I’m always on the hunt for new types of cookware. I have multiple types of fry pans but these have quickly won my heart. The granite nonstick surface allows me to slide the eggs without breaking the yolks, which I can never seem to do with my regular nonstick pan. They are very light and a beautiful color. I do think it takes a little bit longer to heat up than traditional nonstick, but the results made it worth it so I’m okay with that. I like the detachable handle and the only reason I gave the pans four stars is because I think there should be a handle included for each pan. If you want to use them both at the same time, you’d have to struggle with maybe trying to use a pot holder for one, which is neither easy or convenient. A second handle would allow for more usability. I can easily fit 4 eggs to fry in the large pan and more if I’m scrambling. The small one is more suited to one or two. Overall I really like the pans and would order again if there was a handle for each pan.

These pans are kind of weird but they cook well. The handle is separate from the pan and clamps on to the side. It only came with 1 handle which I thought was a terrible idea since it will make cooking with both pans at the same time difficult and gives you no way to hang the pan which is how we store our frying pans. The nonstick coating works well though and they are really easy to clean. I can't say I would recommend them though because of only coming with 1 handle.

The media could not be loaded. It is a non-stick frying pan set first, and its size and color are beautiful The design of the frying pan is wonderful with its movable hand, and this means that I can put the pan in the oven through its movable hand, and easily separate the hand, and then take the pan again after cooking in the oven by easily installing its hand on it as well. Really cool thing it's also made of granite It is durable, lightweight and beautiful to look at with its blue colour Very easy to clean
