Why haven't I bought these before?! I could slice a single hair in two if I wanted to. I had a recipe the other day where I had to dice some bacon before I cooked it. Have you ever done that? Its crazy hard and annoying. These knives cut right through that bad boy. I was dicing bacon like a boss. Great knives, only thing I don't care for is how large the block's footprint is. A more vertical and less horizontal footprint would save counter space, as it has ample depth.

I bought these knives to finally replace an old set we got 20 years ago. Of course they were instantly sharper( duh). The set has all the knives we need and the block is well made. The only thing that's annoying is the placement of the scissors. They make the block have to sit a certain way on my counter because of the scissors sticking out. I wish that was different. We make sure NOT to put these knives in the dishwasher as they are hand wash only. So far, so good! ... show more
