Purchase a knife block to go with the knives and maintain properly
I’m not a professional chef, but these are excellent knives in my opinion. Well made full tang and extremely sharp. They also hold their edge for a while so there is no need to sharpen them after every use. Great value for the money and they are also a beautiful set of knives. Wash and Oil them properly after each use and you will have no problem with rust. Although, I did notice if you leave the knives in the leather carrying case for about a day you can notice the metal start to change colors because the leather soaks up all the oil you have put on the blades. I would recommend a knife block but the leather case is nice to transport them in.

Rusted after first use
These are horrible I got them for my wife for an early Christmas present we hand washed and dried them freaking once and they are rusted. Don’t buy this product. I better get a refund or we are going to have some problems

They rust.
They rust. You have to dry them as soon as you wash them. Other than that very good quality and very sharp. Love the leather bag they come in.

SHARP
Bought these for my executive chef as a gift. Handle material is nice, fits well in the hand. Blades are SHARP. So sharp, they cut right through the leather roll bag that was sent with the knives. That's a slight unforseen issue but overall great, worth every penny.

Wouldnt recommended
Although gorgeous and what seemed to be quality craftsmanship, any contact with water of the smallest amount will cause these knives to rust and the handles " beautiful design and finish" wash off instantly. Even with its almost flawless design I would not recommend these to anyone as it was a disappointing purchase nonetheless.

Good knives
They are very sharp, I feel like I got what I paid for. It was a gift for my husband and he really likes it. It comes with a pouch where he can put them and take them hunting.

Dull dull dull
The knifes looked really nice and sharp. However when I received the knifes I was shocked to find that they are very very dull. They have no edge on them. They say the dull knife will cut you before a sharp on will. That saying is true I ended up getting a bad cut because I had to put more pressure on my potato to get the knife to go through I cut myself really good. Doubt it would have happened if it was sharp. Also there is no finish on these knifes so when you wash them it's best if you dry them off right away or they will start rusting. Any moisture and they will rust fast. Over all I'm very disappointed that I have to sharpen every single knife before I can use it or call it a knife

Moderately sharp but a easy fix with a wet stone, for mid to small hands its easy to use but since I have large hands i need to adjust it better, don’t cut anything acidic or if you do wipe your blades off or risk your blades rusting very fast. A magnificent set of knives and a wonderful case it feels awesome and looks gorgeous, in my opinion a great set with minor bumps in it
