I am in love with these pots and pans. They are super easy to clean! Since they are nonstick pans, after I use them, I let them cool down before cleaning them. Then I put a slight amount of blue dawn in them and warm water and clean them with a soft cloth. You cannot scrub these pots and pans or you will scrub off the nonstick coating. They clean off very easily though and I have not had any issues. These pans also heat up very evenly. With my old pans, I had issues with the food taking longer to cook, I believe because they were heating unevenly. I love the nonstick coating! It is so much easier to cook food. I just add a little butter or margarine to the pan after it heats a bit and swish it around in the pan. My food cooks very quickly and I don’t have any issues like I did with my old pans with food sticking. It is definitely worth the money and I am so glad I purchased these! I would definitely recommend these to a friend, family member or complete stranger! ... show more

These pans are very thick with even heating. They hold heat so well you need to cook at much lower temperatures. Overall they are holding up really well. Nonstick is great. You can actually clean them using a paper towel and just wiping them up. Great buy! Although I purchased my set over a year ago, they are holding up great. The heat is evenly dispersed while cooking and nothing sticks to the bottom of the pans. I love my new Calphalon Cookware! I read many reviews before purchasing this set. My set arrived before expected and in great shape (packaged well). All the pans look and feel amazing! I waited just a little while before posting my review just so that I could cook with them and get a real "feel" for them. I am very pleased! I love having the drain holes in the lids as well as the lip on the pans to drain with - great idea! I read the directions 1st - the pans heat up very nicely - starting out on Med High. Only use butter or oil (if needed) and let cool before cleaning and you will not be disappointed! I threw out all my old pots and pans. I would definitely recommend this set ... show more

I purchased this set on 1/1/2024. While unboxing, I found two of the saucepans that were scratched on the outside. While I did not have any issues with the scratches because I bought them for their non-stick properties, the first time I used the 8" fry pan, I found that the non-stick properties were non-existent. All of the other saucepans and fry pans worked as expected. I submitted a warranty request to replace the bad fry pan, only to be told that I purchased the item from an unauthorized reseller, so Calphalon would not honor the warranty! I asked them if they denied manufacturing the cookware set I bought, but they did not deny it was produced by them. Based on the fact that they did manufacture the cookware set, they should be honoring their warranty, no matter who sold it. In my opinion, unauthorized resellers a result of a lack of control within Calphalon's partner reseller network. They should NOT be penalizing their customers they made money off of when they sold it to one of their approved partner resellers. Calphalon should be taking a closer look at how this was provided to an unauthorized reseller to prevent their products from being sold by unauthorized resellers. While the rest of the set is working as expected, I will NEVER buy Calphalon products again because they do not stand behind products they produce! ... show more
