This is the first knife set I’ve ever owned that was this sharp. I barely touch the blades and get a cut on my fingers. These are great knives but you just need to use caution when handling and washing them. They do require periodic sharpening with the included sharpener to maintain.

Love the knives. They are very sharp. Fit and weight in the hand is perfect. What made me buy them was the built in sharpener and the selection of knives. Most sets have knivqes i never use.
