The quality is terrible - the rusting on multiple knives developed less than 1 year of use. We have bought knives of other brands (faberware, cuisinart) in the past that never rusted even after 5 years of use, and it is a shame this Cephalon knife set have rusted only less than 6 months of purchase.

Laid 4 (brand new) steak knives in the sink for about 3 hours, only to return to wash them after our guests left, and found that all 4 had RUSTED. Really?

I was in need of new knives, I had a favorite knife that was my go-to so decided to look into that brand. So glad I did. They work very well. I wash them right after I use them so idk how they’d do in the dishwasher. Highly recommend.
