Got this for my dad for Christmas, it was a great present but definitely very VERY sharp. Great quality. Does not rust. Very clean cut and look. Comfortable to use. Highly recommended if you wre not used to high quality knives go slow at first or use safety gloves!

This is the first knife set I’ve ever owned that was this sharp. I barely touch the blades and get a cut on my fingers. These are great knives but you just need to use caution when handling and washing them. They do require periodic sharpening with the included sharpener to maintain.
