The knives in this set are great! So sharp and easy to keep sharp with the built in sharpener! My only negative it the stand for these is plastic and very ugly and cheap looking. I ended up buying a separate wood block and storing the one that came with these because I need the sharpener.

Incredibly sharp. The knife edge stayed sharp for a long time, even with my family and I having steak twice a week. Cleaning is easy just don't let your finger go to the sharp side. Each knife has a good balance on it so it's comfortable in your hand. The sharpener in the block works amazing and I resharpen all the knives quick and easy.
