Every once in a while I sell something on eBay, and I usually just print the label on paper and tape it to the box, but I figured I would try one of these out when I saw it on the Vine site. I could never justify spending the money for one because I probably only ship 5 or 10 things a year. This little baby does not disappoint! It works perfectly with 4x6 thermal shipping labels (they include a small tack with the printer... bonus) on either a roll or a stack. It will print any PDF or image file that you can throw into the app. The QR code on the instruction sheet is not right. It will not take you to the page to download the Shipping Printer app, but if you simply search the App store for the name listed on the instruction card, the app is available and connects to the printer right away and works perfectly. I have not tried it connected to my laptop, so I cannot speak to it's connectivity by USB, but it does have a USB A port on the back to connect it.

I got this to print shipping labels. It was difficult out of the box to set up but once it was it woks well. It is quiet and relatively fast printer. Order your paper here is your best and least expensive option. Lost a star due to the initial setup but it may have been my fault so YMMV.

We generate a lot of shipping labels. Before this printer we had to print labels, cut them out, and cover them with loads of clear tape to adhere them to the box. THIS IS BETTER! We now just print them out using our BEEPRT label printer. So much more professional. A few notes: 1) This is the website for the Windows drivers is help.aiyin.com/support/home 2) In the Google Play store search on Shipping Printer and download the app by Jiato. It works great. You can send you label directly to the app, apply any cropping, and print it right out. The default settings print great, but you have access to a good amount of printing options. The printer is lightning fast. The printer tray holds both stacks and rolls of printing labels.

I had issues when I tried to set this up on my MAC and there was a point that I gave up but once I got it set up, I was able to print labels. I do have some issues with printing at times and I do need to power down, and start it up again. Because of this, I would not go with this printer brand again and will definitely go with a more well-known popular printer brand.

I got this, and the help files linked in the manuals lead to a website that seemed to be broken. I was unable to test this at all, and I really do not trust other national websites that may install spyware in these apps. I was unwilling to try the google play app install on my phone for obvious reasons, and my company machine gave a warning when trying to install it saying it was dangerous... so in a nutshell I could not do squat with this.

I tested this printer on my macOS 15.0 version laptop using UPS shipping labels. The printer is fast and produces crisp, vivid text that doesn't smear.
