I have owned several of such vacs over the years. the early ones were junk, these are much better. HOWEVER... if you expect this to be a whole house vac, forget it. First of all, suction is only good at the highest setting. I have never been able to get good results on anything but it. That , however, shortens run times considerably. So for all intents and purposes, it only works well at full power. I dinged it one star, not because of its performance, which is as good as any of this type of vacuum, including the way overpriced Dysan and Shark, but because of where the recharge port is and the power switch. the recharge port is only accessible through the wall holder. that means you cannot remove it without unplugging. Maybe it was intended to work that way but for old or fat hands, it would have been easier if you could plug and unplug without having to work around the wall mount. the power switch is a trigger-type. Convenient enough, but you have to be careful how you hold it because of where it it, i am constantly accidently turning it off - rather annyoing Performance is good. like i said, as good as any. but the small head and shorter battery life at full power does not make it useful as a primary vac. I use it for bare floors and quick pickups, mostly in bathrooms and the kitchen. it does not have enough battery life to do more that one or two typical rooms. all that being said, the issues i mentioned above are common to all such vacuums. this one has good suction so it is worth the money. i would buy it again. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is very decent & handy for small jobs. Comes in a nice package and is easy to assemble. Instructions are very clear. Best feature about the vacuum which we like most: - Brush roll and dust cup help eliminate pet hair messes as well Brush roll system minimizes pet hair clogging. - Light Weight and easy to use. - Converts to a handheld vacuum and easy to carry for any small job. - Love the parts where I can adjust the height and vacuum head as needed based on the Jobs required. - Charges in a convenient stand. - Cordless means no wires...yeeeeehhhhh. No wire tension and changing the power outlet while we are focusing on cleaning. - Another lovable part is I can use this to clean my Car as wellโ€ฆ pretty good suction and enough battery time to clean the car. - Capture the Hair from Hard or Carpet very well. Once of my friend has Dog and sometime, he visits out house with his Dog and we do notice his hair over the carpet and couch. My life this vacuum just because of this reason that she can easily clean the floor and couch using this vacuum and this pretty good job. Cons: One of the things I missed in this vacuum is adjustable height settings for Brush heads for every floor type. But based on other features available in this and considering it converts into handheld, this can be ignored. Battery: Considering even though it is new, battery is too good, and I tried to use it while it was showing 50% charge, after using 15min, it reduced to 35% only. I tried on mat and hard floor, and it gives really good performance. Charging Dock is awesome, and I can just take out battery from vacuum and put that on charging instead of keeping the vacuum itself on charging. I love this portable battery. Overall, this is a very good vacuum, for small jobs and spot cleaning. I wish this would have come with a spare battery as well. The media could not be loaded. Being a cat owner, I know how hard it is to keep everything clean and tidy. Combine that with living in a desert climate and you will find the necessity of a quality vacuum cleaner pretty high on the list. I have purchased another Buture cordless vacuum in the past, so when I saw this new model I was excited to try it out. First and foremost, the cordless design makes it super convenient to use. I can easily maneuver it around my home without worrying about cords getting in the way or only stretching so far before I have to unplug and plug in another outlet. Plus, the battery life is impressive and I can vacuum multiple rooms on one charge. The real standout is how it picks up pet hair. I have a medium hair cat and her fur can be deceiving, because it is so fine. However, when I run the vacuum over my floors and furniture, it picks up every tiny hair with ease. Most of the time, when we have company, people don't even realize we have a cat because all traces of her pet hair have been picked up by the vacuum. The attachments that come with the vacuum are very handy and store nicely with the vacuum storage caddy that comes with it. The attachments allow me to clean in crevices, on furniture and mattresses, and even blinds to get every bit of dust that can aggravate my family's allergies. Furthermore, I appreciate that the screen tells me how much battery life I have so I know easily when it needs to recharge. Overall, I highly recommend this vacuum. It does have a bit longer reach than the other Buture I have, which will be nice for taller people. However, it still works nicely for those under 5'5".
