So these are what DE doctors suggest their patients use.. they are ok… For the price, I guess this is a decent option. Just know you’ll only get 5-7 minutes of decent heat per microwaving. I’ve yet to find a really excellent long lasting compress mask. I’ve tried a few even electric (that I returned).

I have tried a few different approaches to heating up my eyes to help with the dryness and strain, and these guys take the cake so far. I love that 20-ish seconds in the microwave is enough to get them delightfully warm/hot, and that they hold their heat so much better than a damp cloth. The wizardry by which they produce some moisture in this process is also really something, and very welcome. It doesn't seem like they stay warm long enough to support the 8-to-10 minute recommended session time, but I'll have to experiment with heating them a tad longer maybe and see if that makes much of a difference. Either way, color me impressed so far.

My optometrist strongly suggested this to fix an issue in my eye. I love the way it makes my eyes feels, it's relaxing and this is something I will continue to wear even after my issue resolves. I may need another, one fir home and one for travel

I use these eye masks for severely dry eyes in my Colorado dry climate. Heating the eyes brings forth the oil that is missing or clogged in dry eyes. Three to five minutes twice a day helps tremendously. Love this product.

Takes no time to microwave & because the eyepieces are connected, but separately "packed," the pressure on both eyes is equal. Always had a hard time getting the beads in my gel mask to distribute equally, but with this, that's not a problem. If you recline a bit, you don't have to bother with the head strap so you don't end up with a flat place in your hair like you've been wearing a cap.

I had a stye that required warm compresses 4 times daily. This heats up quickly in the microwave and holds its warmth for over 10 minutes. I am very pleased with it.
