Honestly I like it at first for basic cleaning on bare floors but not really impressed over all and it didn't do well with small area rugs or runners and forget an area rug. We did not didn't use it often but it was good at picking up dirt on our pergo floor for a quick clean up. The battery didn't last long from the start but was efficient for our basic use so it wasn't really an issue.Then it just suddenly stopped working for no reason even with a fully charged battery. We bought it in May 31st 2023 and it stopped working a month ago. We kept it in great condition, cleaned it after ever use and only used it on occasion. For the price I am very disappointed.

I originally purchased this for stairs in the house. We now use it at home for the Harwood floors in the kitchen, the carpeted stairs, and use it as our camper vacuum. We don't need to disassemble it to travel, it fits fine in the back seat of my car. Very lighteieght. It's easy to take the attachment off and use more as a handheld. We don't really need to take it off though. Very easy to clean and dump the canister when it's full. lightweight. Head swivels and turns making hard to reach places easier to get at. I love that you change the power level. The battery drains faster during higher power use, but it still lasts long enough to do the whole camper. It does not turn on while charging it though, so you can't use it while charging. We're able to get what we need done when it's fully charged. I would highly recommend. Just don't expect to vacuum your whole house on one charge.

From last month I had a bad experience in how this vacuum just died after 4 months of light use.. I reached out to the company's customer service to share with them how the vacuum just died, even though the battery reflected a 100% charge.. I honestly didn't expect anything... to my surprise, the company wanted to make things right and shipped a new replacement unit. I understand there can be quality issues with any mfg. however, Britech made a negative experience into a very positive one. At the very least, the company stands behind the product in my experience. If your wondering if I had to return the defective unit, the ans is no, no questions asked and they indicated that I do not need to return the defective vacuum.. I do hope the new replacement will last.... Well, after 4 months of "light" use, vacuum will not run... battery charge reflects 100%.... VERY disappointed... so much for reliability... stay away, looked into reaching customer service, message on amazon says its not eligible.. I'll try my luck with a more recognizable brand name.... doesn't anything last anymore???

After only 4 uses, the vacuum will not turn on. The battery is defective. Battery reads 66%, but won’t take a charge and the unit will not turn on. I’m outside the Amazon 30-day return window. Like so many other reviews stating the same issue, I am now stuck having to purchase another vacuum from a reputable manufacturer because this manufacturer created a defective product. I have called the Britech customer service number, left a message, and they will not respond. This purchase was a complete waste of my money. AMAZON - PLEASE STOP SELLING THIS VACUUM!!! THIS IS A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!!!

I am very impressed with this vacuum. I bought it for a small country cabin with lots of dust and bugs because of its reviews, low price and larger dust bin. When it came in, I decided to test it. It work well, and is a nice size. I put it up to go to the cabin. The next day I started work on sanding a small bench - inside due to the heat. Not a great decision, but it provided the best test testing for the vacuum. This vacuum sucked it all up- on the floor on the counter and all the cracks and corners. It also got the vacuum very dirty and dusty. So I quickly learned how easily it comes apart and it easy to clean. It also had a nice Hepa filter which kept it from blowing the dust everywhere. So I fell in love with it as well as my maid. I thought about giving it 4 star due to the fact that I have only had it a few days, but I like it too much. It is a nice weight and feels like it should hold up well. Plus it was priced well below (less than half the price) the other one I bought a year ago which doesn’t clean near a well.

The order for this came quickly was well packed. The top the battery is contained, was simple to push in and pull out and it came right off. However, the bottom once I put it together, there was no way I could get it apart. I tried everything push, pull. I had my son come over to see if he could get it apart. He tried and tried and tried, and all of a sudden that popped apart. However, the tube that connects the top in the bottom also fell apart. There was a little screw in it, and the evidently was not tight when it fell apart, there was a little red wire in there that broke That wire was almost like a thread. It was so fine and so cheaply made. I do have to say I contacted the company by email and they answered me the next morning and after much discussion they said they would send me a replacement repair Well they sent me a whole new Vacuum I was really impressed with this customer service that I got. It seems to work fairly good. I’m surprised that the sand that it pulls out of my entryway rugs. I live in the country and we have gravel that we walk on quite a bit and that’s where it comes from. This is fine for me. I have a cat and me and that’s about it, so there’s no heavy dirt. It picks up small pieces, pretty well, the battery is fine for me although some people said it runs out too soon. I use it on the highest power most of the time and it works quite well with plenty of time left over. I guess I have to say that I had great service from the company. However, I honestly think that there’s a lot more vacuums out there that are better made than this. I should’ve stayed with shark and not read all the reviews online on this item.

The vacuum is nice and works well, but the battery drains faster than any other battery I've ever seen out of the box. Not recommended for homes with multiple carpeted rooms.
