First of all, I’d like to say my whole family has fallen in love with this water dispenser! The cold water is cold (just as cold as if it was in the fridge) and the hot water is steaming hot. I’m sure if you have many cups to fill the results would be different. But a cup here and there is fantastic temps! We are definitely drinking more water now! (And nobody is fighting over who is to refill the jug in the fridge now!) I love the option for room temp water too! That way I can make a pitcher of koolaid and use the filtered water without using up all the cold stuff. I love that you can use a 3, 4 or 5 gallon jug with this! The drip tray slides out super easy to drain and clean. When the machine is heating or cooling the water, there is a slight hum like your fridge might have. But once it’s done heating/cooling and the lights turn off, it’s quiet again. But seriously the hum is barely noticeable unless you are right next to the machine. I like that there are buttons to push instead of levers. Is a sleek, beautiful design, and feel the buttons will last. The lock on the hot is a safe feature, and still simple to use with one hand! We have a super small house, so I’m glad we went with this counter top model… we actually have it sitting on a wooden tv tray, pushed as close to the wall as it can go without touching the back coils. Eventually we will put it on something more stable, but totally works for now! The taste of the water with this unit is fabulous. It works better than expected! And the value for the money is absolutely worth it! Have I mentioned I love this product? ❤️

This is a great counter top water cooler. I use the 3 gallon water bottles and find they are easy to manage. In the morning this is so nice to make instant coffee or tea. You can keep the hot water switch off and it will heat up that tank within 5 minutes while you are prepping other things. There is some noise when it is cooling water but I am not bothered by it.

There are 2 different widths on the Amazon listing, and I was nervous it wouldn't fit on my 12" spot, but it fits perfectly and does the job! HOT and ice cold water instantly and room temp... all work great and the red switch is just hard enough to keep the kiddos from getting burned. I'll update if I have any issues, but so far so good! ***I use the zero water filter for it, so I can filter rain water into it. Mike Adams tested all water filters and zero water and berkey were the best but berkey is now closing according to their emails. So, after the initial investment, we are set on fresh water for a LONG time.

I like this but the only problem I have is that the room temperature feature is icy cold too. The cold button is incredibly cold and I think maybe touches the room temp tank so it gets really cold as well. I turned off the hot water tank and use that for room temp water instead. Also note, I didn't realize that it doesn't work with 5 gallon bottles, just 3 gallon. I just assumed from the pic it works with 5 gallon. I actually still use 5 gallon bottles on mine and it is working fine. It is just really tricky placing them on top without spilling water all over the place. I now dump about half a gallon into an empty jug before placing the 5 gallon onto the dispenser and that prevents spillage.

The media could not be loaded. About a month after receiving this unit it started to leak internally (after the return window) . I know it has a one year warranty, so I emailed brio to get a replacement. Whoever is responsible for the email customer support essentially sent me a bunch of what seemed like auto generated nonsense unrelated to my issue. I called to get the a replacement, and the live customer service agents are super helpful and worked fast to get my problem solved. So they send me new unit under warranty, I set it up, leave it and then come back later to 3 gallons of water dumped on to my carpet from the unit leaking internally again. Thinking I just had bad luck, I contact them again, get another replacement, set it up on my counter this time, and again it begins to leak internally and pour water all over my counter. I'm not sure why these units are so awful, but if they're this prone to leaking right out of the box, these either need to be taken off the market or redesigned. These are terrible and I'm going to try and get them to send me an entirely different model all together, although I am hesitant to want to use any more of their products. Side note that you have to repackage and return each unit to FedEx with a prepaid shipping label, as part of their warranty process.

We bought this so we can have cold water up by the pool without having to run a water line. Makes almost no noise when running and the water is very cold, we fill the 5g jug from our house so and there is no difference in taste from the tap. Happy with this so far

I have had this unit about 3 weeks and it has not disappointed. The cold is just about the same temperature as taking one out of my big refrigerator. The hot(just tried it once as I have since it turned it off) is good enough for tea or ramen but still not a substitute for a coffee brewer or pan heated water. So if you love super hot maybe this is not for you. I love the fact the hot and cold can be individually turned off if you just want to use as a room temperature dispenser. The only negative is that when the refrigerator turns on it does get a little loud. The cold water tank holds about 122 ounces, at a time, BUT honestly you can get about 3 bottles(23.7 ounces) of really cold water before it starts to feel more like room temp. I honestly love it even though, I don't use the hot water. Even has a hot water safety switch if you have younger children.
