Love this water cooler

We drink a LOT of water—three adults and two German Shepherds—and I was tired of constantly buying plastic water bottles. This dispenser has already saved us a lot of money and has made things so much easier. We use it unplugged because we prefer room-temperature water, so I can’t speak to the hot/cold temperature features. But for what we use it for, we absolutely love it!

New economical cooler works perfectly

Works as advertised and very cost effective. I am only using the cold water side, but delivery was prompt, setup very easy and so far we are very happy. The default cold setting was too warm, but easily fixed by turning screw in back…now perfect. Unlike our previous cooler, this one has a platform where you can set the glass or water bottle and push button above. It works perfectly and does not splash at all…definitely a bonus feature. There is a warning in instructions and on cooler to stand upright for 24 hours to ensure internal oil is settled. Very happy with this purchase.

Great water dispenser, BUT special caps required

This water dispenser requires no-spill caps. I refill my own gallon containers at home, so I needed to buy refillable no-spill caps in order to use this dispenser. It’s almost impossible not to spill water everywhere when inserting the gallon into the dispenser without those caps. (Unless you order water delivery that already comes with the caps) It's not a big issue, but it's definitely worth considering. Other than that, the water dispenser works great, especially for the price.

Best purchase ever. Well worth the money. I have only used the cold water setting, as it is currently spring/summer when I purchased this. (We have not turned the hot water on, so not sure how well that works yet. Plan to try this winter.) The water cooler is a little noisy, but no too bad. If you had a mini fridge it is about as loud as that... And only when actively cooling the water. It keeps the water very cold and refreshing. I love that it is easy for my kiddo to get their own water now, with little help from adults. if you are thinking about getting this water cooler, I would suggest getting it. It is so worth it and the benefits of having cold drinking water is wonderful.

New water source after installing house water softener.

We had hard water in the house and we got a new water softener installed... But we have a dog, 3 cockatiels, 3 geckoes, and three boys... The last time we installed a water softener we lost guinea pigs and fish... So instead of buying 1 gallon water at the store we moved to a larger system. We have gone through over 20 gallons of water on this Brio and no complaints. It is quiet and my family loves it...

Misleading Description! Dispense height is NOT 10.5 inches & Terrible Switch Design

I am extremely disappointed with this water dispenser. The product description explicitly claims a '10.5-inch dispense height,' which was the main reason I bought it. However, as my photos show, the actual clearance is less than 9 inches. My cup cannot stand upright under the nozzle to fill; I have to hold it at an angle and bend down, which is very inconvenient. Aside from the false advertising, the machine has other major flaws. The hot water takes a long time to heat up. Even worse, the design is incredibly stupid—the power switches are located at the very bottom on the back of the unit. To turn the machine off when I leave the house, I have to physically rotate the entire dispenser 180 degrees just to reach the switch. This is a poorly designed product with misleading specs. Do not buy if you need to fill tall cups or want a user-friendly machine.

Not cold enough

I haven’t tried the hot water function but the cold water is not cold enough. It’s not fridge cold. Had I known that I would have purchased a different unit. Other than that it’s great for the price.
