I assembled the chair and noticed the arm rest didn’t line up when I sat down. I received two right arm rest instead of a right and left. The chair is comfortable but I’m waiting to hear back from the seller to send me the correct arm rest bracket. I will keep you updated. Update 11/20/23 I’m giving the chair 5 stars. I purchased an office chair a year ago from Walmart at $100. I had been thinking to replace it a week after i got it, but i didnt want to spend more than $100 on an office chair. However, company hybrid schedule made me realize i really needed to upgrade the chair in order to accommodate long sitting hours.
