For the price, this is an excellent helmet. I did a couple of test rides and compared it to my Neotec II helmet. I know that’s comparing apples to oranges considering the huge price difference, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well the JQF helmet performed. The JQF looks nice and fits very well. It is also fairly comfortable. It has two chin vents and a vent on the top. It also has exhaust vents on the back. The interior is really nicely padded and the contrasting red stitching looks great. The visor is very clear and at times I wasn’t sure if it was up or down when I was stopped. The visor will stay up when riding, even at higher speeds. The helmet is equipped with a quick release chin strap that is easy to use, even one-handed. Compared to the Neotec, this helmet actually seemed quieter. The engine noise was less pronounced and the wind noise was also diminished. The tradeoff, though, was that there felt like there was less airflow in the JQF, even though it has more vents. It was definitely hotter than the Neotec. The other thing I noticed is the visor shake at higher speeds. Once I hit 70mph, everything looked like it was shaking. I never noticed that with the Neotec. When I changed helmets, I paid more attention to it and I did notice it with the Noetec also, it just wasn’t as pronounced. At the current price of less than $70, I think this is a great choice, especially considering you also get a second, tinted visor.

For looks and price, this is spot on. I love that it came with the extra visor. The design for the helmet sticks out and looks great. As for helmet weight, this was light compared to some of my other helmets. Which is always good when you are out riding for hrs on end. the padding for it was decent for the price, but i feel it could be better. it did have a slight pressure point on my forehead, but that can be remedied easy. My main issue with it was wind noise. if you had the visor open, the high pitch whistle was deafening. I hated that. with it closed it was still a little higher than average for noise but within a tolerable range. This helmet though does not come with a drop down sun visor, which reflects in its price. This is not a big deal since it comes with a tinted visor. For the price, the quality is on par. Would i use it as my daily helmet? No. But for a ride now and then? sure. (as long as its not too hot and I can keep the visor down. )

from the box it looks like a nice helmet. it fits nice and is tru to sizing but unfortunately the motor on my bike blew up before I could get a chance to wear it on the road. will update my review after I fix my bike
