Really happy with this water cooler! It gives hot, cold, and ice water — each with its own button, super easy to control. The water flow is smooth and fast, and the temperature for each setting is perfect. There’s a little pumping sound when it’s working, but it’s totally acceptable and not too loud. The overall quality feels solid and it looks clean and modern. Very satisfied!

Water has a bad taste in it, I used the unit for 3 weeks and water still taste with a plastic after taste. The company EYSTER is a scam! Upon return approval from Amazon, they sent a shipping label expecting that I pay for shipping.

The media could not be loaded. I have mixed review on this and I’ll explain why first even though it’s bottom loaded I’ve noticed that when you put in a new bottle the cap that sucks the water out of the bottle doesn’t click on. It seems to be very loose. I don’t like that because to me it should be an air tight seal or a close to an airtight seal. I don’t need bacteria or air getting in there it just fits on loosely first it tells you you should take off the entire bottle cap that makes it very loose when I left the bottle cap on and then I forced the feed stick through the little hole that made it a little bit better but still, it’s not airtight like a top loading one. It says in the directions it should click in, but it does not do it. It rests in and there’s a difference. The second problem I didn’t like is that when the bottle is empty it does beep but then when you put in a new bottle, it doesn’t stop beeping. You have to turn off the machine and turn on the machine again to get it to reset that’s a ridiculous feature. We have the technology that it should be able to know a new bottles in and that’s it. Shouldn’t have to turn on and off the machine every time you replace the bottle to make the beeping stop that’s a little bit absurd. Now what I will say about the positive side is that it’s extremely quiet. It is one of the most quiet water cooler dispenser units. I’ve owned and I’ve gone through several. That’s always been an issue for me whenever the compressor comes on. it’s loud it’s obnoxious. No this thing is quiet as a mouse. I don’t know how they did that. I’m not complaining. And yes, because it is bottom moaning it’s much easier than having to lift the bottle on top of the unit. However, due to the fact of that airtight seal thing that I mentioned this company does make a top loading one if I could go back even though it’s a little inconvenient I probably would’ve gotten that one and then everything would’ve been convenient and perfect. I guess you live and learn. I would recommend this model. If you don’t mind the things that I mentioned the water was metallic at first it took a long time for it to become better. It did say you have to go through a gallon or two I didn’t do that but now the water does taste better so that’s my honest review. I haven’t tried cleaning it yet because I just got it. I don’t know how easy it is going to be to clean. I guess I just take one of the bottles and I put bleach or water in the bottle and then I have it sucked out of it. I really don’t know. I have to figure it out. That’s why I’m mixed on it. There are things I like and there are things that I don’t like. I would buy from this company again, but I don’t know if I would buy the same model. I think I would try the top only one I think that’s the one I should’ve bought. That’s just my opinion.

So the dispenser itself is fine after figuring out some stuff. 1. To put in or take out 5 gallon jug you need to fully open the door. If you don't you will struggle to get it easily in. 2. The water jug must have a sealed cap so it can "vacuum" properly. If there is no seal it will think it's empty and keep sucking up water. It ended up leaking from the top because it was too full. (Found out the hard way) 3. The lights on indicators turn off once they're fully ready to provide the appropriate temp water. Noise seems ok but suctions is loud and cooling and heating is loud but after it's pretty quiet. Adding more. Water isn't that cold. Even after being left in machine all day.
