The media could not be loaded. This water machine is easy to use and easy to install. I just need to plug in and put water bottle beneath. Instruction is clear. It does have noise while pumping water or heating, but it sounds like normal noise at least compared to the old one I have. I hope it could continue reduce the sound in next generations

The hot and cold water comes out smoothly, and the buttons are smooth to press as well. It looks nice, and the bottom loading design makes it convenient to replace bottles. There is some noise when running, so it’s best to place it in the kitchen, away from the living room and bedrooms.

This dispenser heats and cools water very quickly. Hot water for tea is ready in seconds, and the cold water is nice and refreshing right away. It’s much more convenient than waiting for a kettle or putting bottles in the fridge.

I had been considering installing a direct drinking water filter at home, but it seemed too much of a hassle. So, I decided to go with a water dispenser instead. After some research, I chose this one, and I’m really happy with my decision. The seller shipped it super fast—it arrived a whole week earlier than expected! The dispenser works great and is compatible with both 5-gallon and 3-gallon water bottles, which are easy to find at the store. The built-in LED lights display the current working mode, and the child safety lock is a huge plus for me. I have two kids, and my younger one is just over two years old—very active and curious—so the safety lock gives me peace of mind. Once plugged in, the dispenser runs very quietly with no loud noises, which I really appreciate. I also prefer the bottom-loading design since it's much more convenient. The dispenser at my office requires lifting the heavy water bottles and placing them on top, which is quite a hassle. With the bottom-loading system, it’s not only easier to set up but also more stable and less likely to tip over. This is my first time using a water dispenser at home, and it has been incredibly convenient. Plus, I feel more confident using bottled water compared to direct filtration. I highly recommend this product!

This water dispenser is very convenient to use. It offers water at three different temperatures. When the weather gets cold, it's much more convenient to have hot water with this water dispenser.

Wow. It really has a child safety lock. I didn't look at it carefully when I bought it. It was a pleasant surprise. Looks good. One thing I like is that it works with any bottled water. Size good. I use 3 gallons of purified water, which only costs 75 cents. But most water dispensers can't use this self-filling bucket. But this one can, that's why I chose it.
