This particular product I first used as part of a Physical Therapy program for ankle strengthening and stability. It is amazing to have one as part of my home work out and use it daily. I love the various wall charts and videos as part of the purchase. I didn't know I could get a full body workout with the BOSU, so that I am doing more than I envisioned. I love this Bosu Ball - it was worth the extra money to get the pink color. It's much easier to inflate than I thought it would be. Comes with something to help you inflate it. Perfect for dance training, ankle stability. Came in time and in good packaging. I love using it work out!

I purchased this to help my 4 year old son perform at home physical therapy exercises to help his core stability and strengthen the arches in his feet. He's LOVED "playing" on it and I feel comfortable with him on it by himself because the bottom is flat so add's an extra layer of stability that a full BOSU ball does not provide. As an added plus I've incorporated this ball into my own exercises (lunges, squats, pushups) and have felt the burn of muscles I didn't know existed. It's kinda goofy and pretty expensive for what you get but I love it, there's so many uses. I thought the setup would be a lot more difficult than it was, had it ready in a couple minutes and been using it casually for months now without losing any inflation
