I rarely leave reviews, but want to on this treadmill as I am very happy with it. I am close to 60 years old and extremely active and exercise every day. I wanted a treadmill to use during the cold winter months, but did not want to spend thousands and did not want something huge in my basement work out area. I have been using this for 2 weeks and am very impressed. It is not very loud and I can easily power walk while watching tv. It is simple to use and I love the side railing to hang onto if needed. I am 5' 4.5" tall and it is a good size for me. The speaker isn't great, but that is kind of expected at this price point. I like how it can fold up if needed and easily comes down to set back up with the use of a strut system. It was delivered in a big box with some plywood along the edges to protect it. My motor cover was cracked during shipping, but I simply messaged the seller and they responded the following day. I then forwarded photos to them and they responded that they had already shipped the motor cover; great customer service. I did see there were a couple other reviews that had broken motor covers as well (it is a plastic molded cover), so I am assuming there is either something in the box/crate that is hitting it or they simply need to add more foam/packaging material inside in that specific area. Overall I am very happy with it and will re-visit this review in a year to leave feedback on the durability of the treadmill over a longer timeline. Also, my favorite Stanley cups fit perfectly in the cup holders!

I've had this treadmill for about a month now. I wanted to wait a bit before writing a review and see how it went. I'm happy to say that the treadmill has performed flawlessly. The machine was received earlier then expected and even though there were a few gouges in the box it was packed well and undamaged. The box is heavy, weighing over 100 pounds but since I wanted to keep it in the garage anyway it was not a problem. Some light assembly is required but it went together without any problem. I should note that both my wife and I are older folks and use this treadmill for walking. We live in a climate that gets a lot of rain and is cold in the winter so we both wanted a handy way to exercise and not worry about the weather. This machine fills the bill. Others have stated that the deck is short and I suspect that a tall person running on this treadmill might have a problem but it is not a problem for our needs. The controls are easy to use. It has speed and incline buttons on both handles so you can easily adjust the speed and incline as you walk. It also has 12 preset programs which I haven't used yet as I still am in the beginning stages of a walking program. Unfortunately these programs are not explained in the instruction manual but there is a small diagram next to each program which gives you the idea of the speed and incline that each program delivers. All in all I'm very happy with this purchase.

Received the treadmill on 4/10/24 and the although the box had a couple of rips and dings, it was in great condition. The box is reinforced with plywood which helps with protection. Assembly was quite easy, except I didn't realize you need a drill to install the end caps. I love the slow hydraulic release from the folded position. The preset programs are awesome if you want a specific workout and the manual provides the speed/incline intervals for each program which is nice so that you can pick the one best suited for you. The incline may not seem like much at first, but after doing 10 to 15 minutes, you definitely feel the burn. Increased incline and speed will give you a nice work out even at half of the machine's capability. I do like that you are able to adjust the incline and speed manual on the handles at any time, even during the preset program, although if adjusting during a program, the machine will auto adjust back to the preset mode at the next program interval. I've notice that it takes sometime to capture your heart rate and it seems to capture quicker if the palms are more loosely gripped and flat over the sensors as opposed to firmly gripping. I like that it comes with lubricant and I would suggest applying a small amount out of the box before first use. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase after my first use. Only time will tell regarding durability, but I'm hoping for the best and it's a plus that it does have 1 year warranty/support.

Updated review of this treadmill. The incline feature stopped working right after I assembled the treadmill. Assembly was fairly easy BTW. I contacted Borgusi support. They worked with me to find the problem and then they sent me a new incline motor and the circuit board that helps control that. I had to install both myself. They provided videos and support for that. The replacement of those 2 parts corrected the incline issue. I really appreciate the support. Would have been better if I had not had to do the replacement myself. But what was the alternative? Under the circumstances I think Borgusi Support did an excellent job. I am a former auto mechanic though and mechanically inclined. I do wonder what someone without that background that isn't talented in working with stuff like this would have done? Find a friend to help maybe? Not sure but this fix worked for me. Thank you Borgusi Support. I still only gave 4 stars. Because the incline should not have failed in the first place. But looks like this will be a great treadmill now and in the future.
