Just received yesterday right on time. Already used the food processor several times. I LOVE it!! Arrived in excellent clean condition. Hopefully it continues to work as well as the ninja blender I bought 12 years ago. It still works great, but I needed a new food processor cause the generic one I bought from Amazon was junk because Pieces were breaking off of it in just a few uses. Definitely recommend this. I’ve never had a proper blender or food processor before, always wanted one. I’d tried a few of the cheaper options but inevitably the motor would die after one batch of mayonnaise too many. So in the new year we decided it was finally time to make this upgrade. And it’s been a life changer. I’ve used it every single day since I’ve had it. It’s really thoughtfully and impressively designed. I make daily smoothies now because this machine just makes it totally effortless, and less of a faff. It’s loud yes, but not in a way that travels too badly even if it feels like it’s shaking the house. And the power is absolutely worth a minute or two of big noise. The countdown timer function also makes the noise more tolerable. I love the preset options, I love that they light up depending on the upper jug that you’re using. It is very obvious that the jug you’re using has clicked into place, and the same with the lids. The option button turns and presses smoothly, and the choice lights up so it’s clear to read. I have put every part except the body (OBVIOUSLY) and the blender lid through the dishwasher, and everything went through perfectly. I have mostly been using this for smoothies, and this is really where this thing shines. I use a variety of frozen and non frozen ingredients including ice cubes. Using the preset smoothie setting, it blends perfectly every time (assuming you use enough liquid), sometimes I give it a second shot just for texture preference. The cups are a great size, they’re easy to clean and they’re excellently designed. The blade that goes with the cups screws in easily and tightly (it can become difficult to open though), and rinses clean with minimal effort back to brand new. I haven’t experienced any leakage or anywhere that might become a problem area in future. I have a very very small kitchen and I was worried about counter space - the footprint of the base isn’t tiny but it’s compact a used often enough to justify it. The pieces - the jugs and blades etc, is a different issue - these do take up a fair bit of space and you need somewhere safe to store the blades because they’re definitely sharp. Mine came in all of its original packaging, it clearly had never been used (I got mine refurbished). There was an Amazon sticker inside confirming it had been checked/fixed. For less than $200, this has been a real game changer addition to my kitchen and my nutritional intake! ... show more
