6 Months after Purchase and I'm having Trouble (Update: Cust Service totally redeemed the situation)

Update: This company has excellent customer service. As it turns out, the units I bought have an old receiver that is susceptible to moisture. They have since upgraded the reciever. I had 3 fans on a covered balcony and I had written them off and ordered different fans. Their team asked me to trust t
hem and install the new recievers. The new recievers do not have the same problem as there is no where in the reciever for the mosture to penetrate during heavy rainfall as far as I can tell. I had rated this product 1 star, but now I'm changing back to 5 stars for the support given and quick action. They air shipped me replacement parts from China to fix the situation! See below on what I sent to customer service. Will adjust the star rating contingent on how the issue is handled. I ordered 3 of these fans in September of 2022 and am having issues in March of 2023 with 2 of the 3 units. I have the fans in a covered deck so while they are exposed to outside air, the wiring is not exposed to the elements. "Dear Customer Support, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance with an issue I am currently experiencing with the fans I ordered from amazon.com last September. The order reference numbers are as follows: [Deleted] I had all three fans professionally installed by a licensed electrician, and they were working perfectly fine until today. Unfortunately, only one of the three fans is currently working. I have taken several steps to understand the problem, including: 1. Testing the power running to all fans, which showed that they all have power. 2. Checking the wiring for loose connections, but no loose connections were found. 3. Changing the batteries in all three of the remotes. 4. Cycling the circuit from the circuit breaker, leaving it off for 60 seconds, and then trying to utilize the remote. However, only one fan still works, and now it is controlled by all three remotes. Based on these tests, I have concluded that something is wrong with the fan, and I am hoping that you can help me problem-solve the issue. As I am having a party at my house this weekend, I would appreciate your assistance within 24 hours. If an electrician is required to help fix this issue, I will need a few days' notice to schedule. Please see the attached picture for my current fan configuration. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you for your time and assistance."

Wide airflow range and bright light with convenience of remote!

it wasnt very easy to install but once it was set up the fan worked like wonders - the blades are log and gives a wide air flow range and the remote is an added perk so you dont have to stand up to turn the switches on or off to operate the fam - the light is also very bright. All in all great fan co

Remote over heated when we replaced two triple battery.

Love/hate Love this fan. The look is perfect for this room. But remote stoped working. We put batterys in it and it got hot. Now we cant use the fan. Would like to have them replace this remote. No other way to use fan at all.

This is a great fan. It was easy to install and works perfectly. It’s beautiful I receive lots of compliments. I needed a longer downrod, but I was able to get one at my local Lowe’s store.

Very bright and looks so elegant in my office

To be honest, I very impressed with it. This was my first time installing a ceiling fan and I found the installation instructions to be very easy to follow and I had it installed quickly. Once installed, the fan is very quiet and the unit itself is very sturdy. Looks cool in my office

Looks Nice, Does Not Circulate Air like we had hoped
UPDATE: The customer service is great. The manufacture has contacted me and offering assistance and resolution. They offered to send a replacement transmitter at no cost to us. I believe that would have resolved most of our concerns. We just wanted a fan with stronger air movement. They were awesome
to work with!! Pros: Looks nice, quiet, well made, love the blade colors Cons: 1. The pitch of the blades is not strong enough to move air. We have tried both forward and reverse 2. On the highest speed, six, the fan turns itself off and back on every 15 seconds. 3. The unit does not remember the settings when turning off. If you choose your color temperature for the light, turn off the unit with the switch of the wall, switch back on the unit will turn the lights back on with a different color temperature, and the fan will not come back on. You must use the remote to operate the fan. 4. There were steps missing out of the directions. You need to be somewhat familiar with installation of electrical fixtures to navigate what they miss in the directions. 5. All three settings/color temperatures of the light are not as bright as I would have expected.
