I have been using this tent weekly for 8 months with no problems. It does not leak in the rain. I wish it had rings to hang weight bags, but it doesn't. I still make it work by attaching the rope to the frame.

We are a small organization that has held an annual harvest fest for the local community. We normally put up two tents--one to serve food under and another as a place for individuals to sit. The city now has an ordinance requiring a permit t for each tent which is $500.00 per tent. However, teh city does not require a pop up canopy After searching for a pop up canopy I decided the American Phoenix 10x15 Ez pop up canopy was the best one to meet our needs. I had planned to put weights on each corner, but forgot. A thunder storm came through and I went back and installed the weights. There was some wind an heavy rain. The canopy was still in in place and there was no water standing on the canopy. The next morning, the canopy was still standing in the original place and no water on the canopy. I would definitely order this tent again if I need another., However, staying in place after a thunder storm, I don't think I will need another canopy anytime soon. We ordered two of these small EZ-up canopies to use on a lower-level pool deck on either side of a stairway coming down from an upper deck that has a retractable awning in a "wine red" color (a slightly maroon-red). The photos available on-line for this product looked like a very close match. When we opened a carton, the fabric looked pretty good at first, but when taking it out of the bag and outside into the light, it is a quite orangey-red, not closely matching the other awning. We have not put these into use as yet, but it is probably not worth our while to send them back and try somewhere else for a better match and maybe ending up with the same problem- one of the hazards of buying on-line. The frames look pretty rugged, and have an interesting pebbly black painted finish. ... show more

I bought two 10x20 setups and they were easy enough to erect, but the cover was not made to fit right nor were there good attachments. It did "look" good but the second day up, a 15 mph wind came up and the covers start splitting. I had purchased enough sandbags for all the legs and they were doing okay, but when I tried to slide legs down there was interference. I released the covers entirely and, though I could duck tape everything, there will be the same story the next time around. And, those three center poles, well, the cover does not stay centered at all on them. I've had plenty of set-ups over many years, and grasped the shortcomings of these canopies but went ahead with them. How utterly disappointing. It will do me no good to reorder covers and I haven't figured out yet how to purchase something that I can fit over the entire shebang that will look decent. That's a pretty big chunk of money to lose out on in 24 hrs. Since I wrote what is above, I decided to add the photos. I also asked the distributor to replace two canopies but I don't know how that will turn out. I've decided that with a little bit of work and expense, I can redesign the the cover so that it will be secure and tension points evenly distributed. Edit # 2: I was very happy to learn from the distributor that they will replace the canopy covers and they were prompt in corresponding with me. I look forward to receiving them. I found the frame to be substantial and I had no missing pegs, bent legs, etc. I intend to make quite a few other modifications in order to prevent further mishaps. It all sounds very OCD, but I really do love the way the tent looks and will do what I can. ... show more

I really wanted this to work well, so much so that when a fairly windy storm trashed the first one, I bought another and anchored it better, but the second lasted even less, it wasn’t even windy, it was a rainy but calm weekend, one day it was fine, the next day I went out and the tarp had managed to puddle instead of the water running off, but a giant 20gallon puddle that stretched the tarp permanently. I poked a hole so it could drain since I couldn’t get it to stop puddling there, but a few weeks later it did the same thing on the other side and the frame buckled under the weight. It’s a great size, easy up and down, but not the sturdiest. If you want something to keep a drizzle off while you work under it or for a nice calm sunny day to keep the sun off, then it’s a great value, but I wouldn’t leave it or use it in any more than a calm drizzle. ... show more
