Serves it's purpose but sometimes needs an extra sec to connect to the printer from the app on your phone or whichever device. Definitely would buy again even with this VERY SMALL flaw.     • Completely Unusable Print Quality – Barcodes and QR Codes Will Not Scan

I had high hopes for this Bluetooth Shipping Label Printer, but unfortunately it has been nothing but a frustrating waste of money. No matter what settings I use, and I have tried every possible combination, I cannot get this printer to produce a clear and legible label. The print quality is extremely poor. The text comes out highly pixelated, barcode lines bleed together, and QR codes are completely unscannable. For a shipping label printer, that is not just a minor inconvenience. It makes the entire unit essentially useless. I have adjusted print density, resolution settings, paper alignment, and calibration. I have also tried multiple devices and apps. Nothing improves the clarity. The output consistently looks blurry and distorted, which defeats the whole purpose of owning a thermal shipping printer for business use. If you rely on clean and scannable barcodes for your small business, this printer will only cause delays and frustration. I cannot recommend this product to anyone. The setup for this is a no brainer. So simple and easy! *Side note - make sure you are plugging directly into outlet and not an extension cord or surge protector. Simple mistake i made and printer turned on & did all the things except print. I love this little investment! It makes my life so much easier when it comes to getting my product out in a timely fashion. I can print multiple labels and quick. I don't know why i waited so long. ... show more
