When it works, it's great, but by & large, it's an exercise in frustration. Prints tests fine, then when I go to print an actual postage label, it spits out a blank. Have to try a test between every label to make sure it's working right. I can get two labels in a row, start thinking I solved the problem, then it starts with the blanks again. Being returned, I don't have the time or patience to screw around with this any longer. Too bad, too, because if it worked right, it would be a great little unit ... show more

I've been printing my labels on my regular printer and spending out the wazoo on ink and wasting half sheet of paper every time. This is perfect. No ink to purchase the labels can be found very cheap. App was super easy to set up. Loading labels is a breeze. I will say sometimes I get the layout of the label wrong and is frustrating. Remember to make sure your subject is within the frame. You can also shrink the border of the frame to the correct size of your subject. ... show more
