I never write reviews but this couch is so awesome I just had to. Comes in 3 huge boxes. Directions are not that great but if you are somewhat smart you can figure it out. This couch is so comfy. There is tons of storage underneath the two side pieces, and the middle piece pulls out. I could literally sit and rot in this couch all day. It feels like a soft furry blanket. I tucked in the straps, because I wasn’t fond of the way they looked. But they are still there, just tucked in. This is the perfect basement couch for a bunch of teenagers to lounge around on. My husband and son are both 6 feet tall for reference in the pictures. Don’t hesitate, buy this couch you will be happy. ... show more

Kind of a pain to assemble - the leg screws are extremely hard to drill in and I ruined several drill bits trying to assemble them. However the couch once assembled is beautiful! The seats are firm, yet comfortable and the material is extremely soft.

UPDATE: The Seller reached out to me personally and is sending a replacement part. So I’m happy about the outcome and communication with the seller for making things right. Still a little nervous about the pullout part but grateful for a new one. I’m so sad. At first we absolutely loved this couch. Not even 48hrs later the pullout part collapsed in. It’s made so terribly. It’s thin pieces of wood glued/ stapled together. It’s a beautiful and comfortable couch but I really don’t think it’s worth the money. On top of that I can’t get a replacement piece, I have to send the whole thing back and get a refund. This thing is massive and heavy. Buy at your own risk, but if you do, don’t expect to have the pullout function for long. ... show more

This is everything I was hoping it would be. Soft, super comfortable, and looks absolutely beautiful. The pull out is very smooth and transforms the couch so that 4 people can all have the chaise lounge experience. The storage in both sides can hold a lot and absolutely enhances the value. The media could not be loaded. I love this couch! Shipping was fast, assembly was pretty easy and couch came just as pictured. The couch is so soft and comfortable to sleep on and big enough for the family movie nights The extra storage space is a bonus
