I bought the printer for it's Bluetooth capability and so far it works really well with the app on my phone and printing from my laptop via USB connection. Printing from Bluetooth on the laptop was easy and I didn't have to worry about the cables since everything was wireless. This was the best feature for me and also the label printer being so compact so it's easy for me to take along when I travel. The quality was good when printing my shipping labels on the phone and the laptop so I'm satisfied. This is a pretty decent product for the price and for the wireless functions.

I bought this thermal printer for my shipping business, and let me tell you, it's amazing !! the instructions are really good on this thing, and the fact this is link free, and it prints out stuff under a literal second, I didn't even blink and yet I got my label immediately, this is so worth the price, and it supports windows 10 and 11, and the phone app makes it so much easier to navigate, and the fact the quality of the printer, it feels like ink but it's not, which would really surprise you, for the price, it's amazing quality , portable and really convenient !! 😁

We received this via the Vine program to test, as we needed a replacement for our existing unit. My wife has a bath and body company, and we do everything ourselves, so convenience and time savings is high on our list. Not having to search for a particular format of cable in our gadget-filled household has been a real game-changer. The convenience of Bluetooth, being able to operate from phone or laptop, is something i wish we’d pursued earlier. Print quality is good, text very clear — no complaints at all. If you do enough business to need a stand-alone postage option, this is a good way to go.

I own a couple of these thermal printers that we use in our home offices we have at the house. My wife has one for her sewing business and I use one for my online sales business. This printer has everything you’d need to get labeled printed quickly and painlessly. Just plug it in to an outlet and your PC, install the latest driver, and then away you go. The labels are clear quality and you can’t actually see the writing where as some of the lower quality printers I have had in the past cause the letters to blur together. All in all, this is a solid home office printer. I have no complaints!

This printer was kind of difficult to get working. I had to just quit using it on my Windows PC because it wouldn't connect unless it was hardwired even though it has bluetooth. It would only print when connected via USB to my PC. I don't have anywhere on my already cluttered desk to try to fit this printer, as the USB cable it comes with is very short. I had better luck with my phone connecting with and using the device, but only barely. In order to actually get a label to print on the device. I had to take a picture of the label on my PC screen then transfer that picture to the files folder on my phone. Once there, I am able to print the label, but it's very dark. The barcodes still work on the label after it prints, but I'm worried that I'm going to get a package sent back. I followed all the directions and instructions that came with it, but I still feel like I'm doing something wrong with this device. I emailed support, but never heard back. I'll continue to mess around with it and try to get it working to where it prints labels like I see on packages that I receive, but very complicated to use in my opinion.
