Customer service is fantastic. I've had my Omezizy label printer for over a year with no issues, but one day had a failure and it wouldn't turn on. I reached out to the Omezizy team and they were so kind and fast to reply. They are now sending me a new printer, free of charge, after the initial warranty period. I'm so happy. I'd like to thank the team at Omezizy so much. Especially David for going the extra mile.

I’m a small businesses owner and having thermal printers instead of ink printers has been a game changer for me! I have a wifi thermal printer and this one, which is Bluetooth. I use both of them a lot and pretty much every day to make my own stickers and also for printing USPS, Fedex and UPS shipping labels mainly from Etsy or Pirateship. I have to say that I do everything from my phone, so I can’t speak about the functionalities when using a PC. The set up was really simple and straight forward: plug everything in, install the label roll, download the app and start printing. The printing quality with this Omezizy printer is great! My other thermal printer is 300dpi, which I wanted to be able to make better quality stickers, however, there’s not much difference in the quality between the two tbh. Pros: •Easy set up •Holds the label roll inside the printer, which is super convenient and more aesthetically pleasing. •Good quality printing •Bluetooth + app allows you to print everything from your phone (no pc needed) •No more ink cartridges! •Fantastic customer service: I had a little issue with calibrating my other printer (not this one) and they got back to me almost immediately and helped me resolve it right away. That alone is a huge pro to me! Cons: •You have to be right next to the printer to print (that’s because of the Bluetooth vs wifi though, not really the printer’s fault) •Sometimes the bluetooth disconnects and you’ll need to turn off/turn on the printer for it to connect again. •When installing a new cartridge you may waste a few labels as it shoots out 2 or 3 before calibrating. All in all, I love this printer and I would definitely buy it again!
