I was skeptical at first, but I am truly impressed with the quality of not only the printer, but the software as well. It works well on Win 10. I had an issue printing using Bluetooth from Adobe Acrobat. It would not recognize the printer, even though it was paired with my PC, but USB was working fine. A quick google search for D450 Label Printer landed me on AimoTech's website (The manufacturer), and I found Labelife, the recommended label printing software. With this, I was able to print via BT on Windows. The software is sleek and intuitive. For only $69.99 at the time of purchase, this is a true bargain compared to expensive brand name printers. I mean, yes, Zebra, Brother and Dymo are of excellent quality, but they're also hundreds of dollars. I took a chance on this, and I'm not disappointed. I picked up this label printer while traveling because I needed a quick way to print shipping labels for some items I was flipping. It ended up being a great purchase and saved me a lot of money compared to paying for packing and label services. Setup was fairly simple and the Bluetooth connection makes it convenient to print directly from your phone. The 4x6 labels print clearly and quickly, which made packing and shipping much faster while I was on the road. The companion app can be a little finicky at times, but with a little patience it works and gets the job done. Once everything is connected, printing labels is quick and easy. Overall the printer feels solid and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I can’t say enough about this little label printing workhorse. I use it for shipping eBay packages and it also comes handy when needed to print return labels for various shopping outlets. It’s super easy to use, works flawlessly, it’s simple to connect to and creating labels is pretty simple if you’re good at using your mobile phone. I’m not sure if you can print from a computer, I haven’t tried it. It’s just much simpler on my phone. Keep in mind that it’s Bluetooth and you can’t print directly from eBay. If it could, I would give it 5 stars. I have to take a screenshot of the label and import it into the provided mobile phone app that comes with it. So, there are some extra steps when using your phone. Great product, but the ability to print over wi-fi would be a game changer. ... show more

The good: It works. Prints labels properly, fast, and easy to load a new roll (it auto aligns for you without wasting a label) and it comes with a 30 label roll (I think, I didn't count them). The OK: The labels themselves are flimsy, and the print quality is just good enough for shipping labels. Any need for a better quality will need an upgrade from this. If you're just printing shipping labels, it's fine. The bad: Printing doesn't work natively with a phone. You need their app, which means downloading a PDF off your phone and importing on their app. Only one bluetooth device can be paired at any given time. Bluetooth didn't work on a PC, even with their downloaded drivers, so I had to USB in. Not a deal breaker, but I wish I could just print using the native phone print function. Oh well. Overall, I'm happy about it, but wish it was more clear that it required an app to print. Better than spending $200+ on a Wifi label printer. ... show more
