I purchased last year for this spring with new patio. I just opened the box and got it ready and unusable. There is a large tear in the cheap plastic hosing. Extremely disappointing. Edit/update: I received a replacement as within 1 year warranty. The replacement works as expected and is of a higher quality. Unsure what happened but the new one works and so changing from 1 star to 4 stars. The customer service team responded within 2 business days and I received the replacement within a week. My patio is cleaned off and happy with the purchase.

I bought the 75ft hose in late August I think, for my backyard. I was so delighted with it after two weeks that I bought another for the front. I have already a very strong hose that I’ve left outdoors over at least 6 winters, no problems, swinging around the house from the front and only faucet. It is long and heavy and too cumbersome to roll up. I also was constantly tripping over it, knocking plants over, etc. I saw all the retractible hoses have far too many problems. This one, attached to the end of the heavy hose, has been miraculous. It is light weight, coils easily, and a total pleasure to use! It has saved me much trouble and labor, doesnt kink, knock anything over, a cinch to lift, get into difficukt to reach spots….and despite the narrow small size, has as much water power as any other hose! I’ve been using it every day. Now I see if it will last / and I have almost an entire spring and summer before the 1 year warranty runs out. I did noticed a few reviews about the spray nozzle breaking off (no problem for me) or the metal coils retracting, exposing the inner plastic tube. No problem with that either. I could leave it out all winter to test that issue / but why bother when I can easily roll both light weight hoses and store in a shed, basement, etc.? I LOVE it. And reviews say the company is terrific in honoring its warranty. What a relief. It is a pleasure to use, and a cinch too.

I recently purchased the 100 FT Stainless Steel Garden Hose, and my initial impressions were overwhelmingly positive. Out of the box, the hose looks fantastic. The stainless steel construction gives it a premium, durable feel, and it's clear this hose is designed to be heavy-duty. It lives up to its "no kink" promise remarkably well, gliding smoothly around corners and obstacles without tangling, which is a huge improvement over traditional rubber hoses. The included 8-mode spray nozzle feels solid and offers a good range of spray patterns for various tasks, from gentle watering to powerful cleaning. Structurally, the hose itself seems incredibly sound – truly leak-proof and puncture-resistant as advertised, giving me confidence that it will stand up to years of use in the garden, yard, or for car washing. However, there's a significant design flaw that prevents me from giving this hose a higher rating: the threading at the hose ends consistently undoes itself. Whether connecting to the spigot or the spray nozzle, I find myself having to re-tighten the connections frequently. This isn't just an minor inconvenience; it leads to annoying drips and a loss of water pressure during use. It's a real shame, as this issue detracts significantly from an otherwise excellent product. If the manufacturers could address this threading problem, perhaps with a more secure locking mechanism or a different threading design, this would easily be the best garden hose I've ever owned. As it stands, it's a frustrating compromise between impressive durability and a recurring, messy problem.
