Love the pool, but now a year later, can't get any replacement parts OR LINING. My lining is leaking at the seam , bottom ,where it meets at the side of the pool. I called BLUE WAVE POOL SUPPLY and ordered a new liner. They do have replacements, just not the original liner due to being discontinued. This new liner is great for the cost.

My husband and I have had a few pools in the last 20 years. Every pool we have had before lasts about 5 years. This is the worst design ever!! Easy to put up yes.. they all are.. noticed that there was a rust spot in the bottom…. Didn’t think anything about it…we noticed after about a week or so that the pool was loosing water…could not figure it out… finally noticed there was a couple of pinholes about 10 inches apart.. we ordered a patch kit to repair it. About a week later we received the kit. My husband got in the pool… he went down to put the patch on and KABOOM!!! The pool ripped about 6 foot!! Unbelievable!!! Gallons and gallons of water flooded my porch!! Not happy!!!

I set this pool up by myself. Only to a hour ,Just follow instructions. Make sure ground is level. Last one I had lasted 4 yrs . Great price and was delivered to my back yard

Liner looked fine until pool got completely filled up. Then seams began leaking in multiple places. Not small leaks. Streams of water shooting out. Drained pool, got replacement liner from company. Filled pool. Same problem. Called company. Rep said “I could send you another liner, but, I mean what’s the point?!” Highly do not recommend. 18k gallons of water later we threw in the towel and will try again with a different company.

Within the first day of filling our pool, holes started popping up everywhere! We made sure to clear the area before setting up. There are tiny holes ...all the way up to quarter sized holes on the bottom and we have several holes on the sides. We patched and sealed several holes within the first week. Now, every 2-3 days, multiple new holes appear. With only having this pool up for a couple of weeks, we have wasted a ton on money getting it filled by by water truck. Also refilling with our regular garden hose, just to have more holes appear and lose more water. We are furious with this purchase, especially with how much this pool costs. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Absolute piece of trash! I have since ordered a new pool! NOT A BLUE WAVE!!!! We ordered this pool June 13th, and received it June 18th. Delivery was timely and uneventful. Upon delivery we noted that the picture and information regarding equipment did not match the picture on the product listing. The listing showed a sand filter, and that sand filter was the primary reason for getting this particular pool. On closer inspection, we noted that the description did not specify the sand filter. I did call customer service, and told them the situation prior to opening the box. They instructed that we open the box, and that if we were not satisfied, we could return the pool. We opened the box, noted that we did not have a sand filter and I called customer service and informed them that, indeed, there was no sand filter. The customer service rep then gave me the option of returning the pool or receiving a discount on the purchase. I accepted the discount as it was less hassle to do so and purchase a sand filter separately. We had purchased the pool for a birthday party and we knew that returning it and having to order again would not allow us to proceed with a Pool Party. The pool was not difficult to assemble, and all parts were accounted for. Once we had the pool filled, we noticed a tiny seeping of water at one of the seams. We reinforced the seam. It has had no further leaking in that spot. Today we noticed water all around the base of the pool. This was not a small amount of water. On inspection of the pool, we found that near the bottom of the pool, there is a small hole. The vinyl in area around the hole looked as though it was a weak or thin area, and the hole is pulling the hole to progress vertically. We attempted to repair the hole, however the patch materials are not sufficient to hold the water. We have applied a Flex Seal tape, in hopes that this will remedy the situation. We have had this pool for 32 days. We have repaired 3 leaks. There are two adults in this household. This is nothing but a big blue piece of garbage. I will NEVER buy another product from Blue Wave!!!! We have recently purchased an InteX Pool. Wish us luck!!
