They seem to be having a bit of a quality control issue. Half the grommets were poorly installed, many simply fell out. Some of the stitching also missed completely. Luckily, I have a grommet tool, so I could repair and get my pool covered.

I bought a pool cover in may and then late July it ended up ripping, maybe due to how hot it is here (107 degrees) and I contacted the company and they were very quick to respond and got me a new cover shipped out the very next day, the pool cover was really nice and heavy duty so I’m happy I’ll be getting another one but I’m very impressed with the company itself ... show more
