EDIT: 1 star only because I have to in order to warn people NOT to buy this. Pool is finally up. The pump and filter have very little instructions and one of the hoses does not properly fit. Have to go buy a smaller hose clamp in hopes that it'll help. Pool is almost completely filled and the hose popped off. Giving me a complete panic attack over having to hold the hose together and wait for someone to get to my house to help me. Save yourself the stress and either buy something better or hire someone to deal with it Giving 2 stars because it was delivered earlier than anticipated. The instructions for this pool/skimmer/ladder are almost non existent. It was missing screws for the ladder and the "pre drilled" holes in the ladder pieces were not pre drilled. Very confusing directions. The skimmer instructions are literally just a sheet of paper with drawings of the parts and arrows. We don't have it fully put together yet but I'm hoping once it's finally together I won't have to mess with it again for a very long time. ... show more

I put my pool 42 inches in the ground. I did have an issue with the wall staying in the track. But I finally got it . 2nd time around. The directions could have been written better but I've have put upp many pools so that helped. Thhe other issue is. When i went to vacuum the pool. The hose is not long enough. It must have been for a smaller pool. It wont reach past 3 quarters of the length of the pool. We had 5 people total to help put it up. Mainly because two of us are over 60 yrs old. ... show more

    • Pool is cheap design. Very difficult to assemble.

This pool is poorly engineered and constructed. Cheap sheet metal ribs on bottom and top. Thus pool will continue to come out of rails while attempting to assemble. Instructions are only pictures no words. Got it set up twice and wind blew it over both times. Total of 75 man hours and still have verticals to install with multiple plastics brackets and screws. I would have never purchased this had I known all the trouble to construct. Tied it down over night and woke to a collapsed wall and bottom coming off again ! Stay away from this one. I will probably take my loss and by a different brand if this one crashes again. Not a happy buyer. ... show more

This is possibly the hardest pool I've ever put together. Nothing locks together. Every is just a slip fit until you get to the vertical pillars. Which means things are constantly shifting and pulling apart especially once you try to take a 400lb side wall, unroll it, and then somehow get it into the bottom rail. And if you have a sand floor that bottom rail will constantly have sand in it making it that much harder. It took us 8 people to get the wall placed into the bottom rail. By the time that was done all of the compacting and leveling of the sand floor was trashed. Every step of this pool installation is a pain. But the bright side is if you need Customer service they are great. Look for a pool with individual side walls and not rolled steel. Update: My advice, once you get the walls up and everything ready for the liner wet the sand and compact it again then buy a floor pad and coping for around the edges. This will give you a much better floor and protection from the bottom rail for your liner. ... show more

The feet that hold the bottom rails together are cheap plastic. Our pool has been up for less than a month, and already we noticed that one of the legs has become unattached because the plastic broke. The legs are super thin and chintzy as well. The hoses that came with the pump are also incredibly thin, and began leaking immediately. We had to purchase thicker, after market hoses for the pump. For the price we paid, we are incredibly disappointed. Don't make the mistake we did. Do NOT buy this pool! ... show more
