*Update* These started retaining a layer of stuck on food residue that wouldn't scrub off, rendering it no longer nonstick. BUT, i used some ceramic scrub and a scrub daddy and it came off so easily & now they are like new again! So for anyone making the mistake of cooking on higher heat than medium (be careful) if you get residue on your pan, grab some ceramic cooktop cleaner scrub! Does not scratch! My husband of course being curious slid a pairing knife (lightly) across this to see how durable the paint claim really is, and it didn't even leave a mark! These are a really nice set, and i've tried ALOT of "healthy nonstick" claiming brands which were all cheap trash. These will not disappoint!
