These lights in my bathroom look pretty for a little more of a modern feel. They are heavier thsn I thought and my electrician striggled with the short wires while holding it during install. I built each light cover using the screws and 4 sheets of glass provided. Worth the time because they look great. And this manufacturer placed extra screw and extra glass in the box, just in case. The light looks really good in my bathroom, but the wires are directly behind the bolts that hold it on the wall, and if not positiioned perfectly it makes it impossible to put the bolt all the way on.

My order was delayed because of winter storms. I am glad I didn't cancel because this looks great once installed. The instructions were easy to read and the glass finishes are gorgeous. One thing to note is that the glass pieces are not a solid bulb. You have to take the time to fit each glass panel (16) onto the base and secure with the top frame. It takes a little patience but the finished product is quite nice. Another thing to note is that the back panel is a bit thin and probably scratches easily if you are not careful. I dented mine removing it to recenter (my fault) but it is not really noticeable. ... show more

We needed a 6-lamp light to replace our old 8-lamp light. We also needed a model that could be hung facing up or down. This one did it for us. We put in 8w (60w equiv.) and it lights up the bathroom like a ballpark! A word to the wise: this light fixture is quite heavy, and it also takes a while to assemble the surround panels to each separate light. Would never recommend doing this if you are in a hurry! It takes a while. But you'll be impressed with the end product. Definitely 5-stars on this one! ... show more

Assembly is tedious. The glass panels have to be manually, individually straighten. The metal plates were difficult to assemble. Once it's all put together the entire square part swivels and tilts. It shouldn't. Outside of that it's actually kind of nice. It's built fairly well. Thin black metal.
