Product looks and works great. Fairly easy install, there ls a fair amount of wire and cabling to deal with. So you’ll need to cover it up with thin Masonite. I installed the lights, taped up the cables, cut holes in the masonite and covered up the wires. The electric connection is also something to think about, as no one wants wires running down from their cabinets to an outlet. I had Romex running to older lights, So I had to install outlets and tuck them in corners out of sight, as you need the transformer, you can not just hotwire these. Came out great. I only had these set up for 2 days, so I don't know lifespan, yet.. That being said, so far they are exactly as advertised. Brightness is 7 of 10. 10 levels of brightness to adjust to. Installation was easy with adhesive Velcro, clips, and zip tie like pieces. Only complaint is the outside casing would be better if it stuck out further than the lights to help make them a bit more indirect. And the Velcro is strong, I fear trying to pull the Velcro apart while it's stuck to the LED, I feels like I may break the light trying. I would suggest to separate the Velcro a few times to loosen it up before sticking it to the light. But other than that, I am very happy with price and quality, does exactly what I want. UPDATE: Week later, hardly warm to the touch on all 4 and not flickering. Still good so far... ... show more

For the price you can't complain, they were super easy to install and plenty of length for what I needed. The lights are bright with a variety of colors. my only problem with these lights and I know it's knit picking but the default color is red, I have them hooked up to a smart plug that I can control via my Google home. I can only turn them on or off so every time I turn them on they default to red. if you turn them on and off with the remote control they will default to the last color you selected but not when you disconnect power. I wish they defaulted to a different color so I can turn them on when I'm not home or have them come on via a timer. Red doesn't look good in my home. Other than that they are great lights for the momey ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I don’t usually write reviews but these lights are awesome. They really added ambiance and a luxurious feel to my kitchen especially after I painted the cabinets white. Love the features on the remote and how thin and flat the lights are so they are not visible from my cabinets. I drilled holes inside the cabinets to hide all the wires and used the outlet that my fridge is plugged into. The remote receptor need to be visible.. it cannot be inside the cabinet. So I drilled a tiny hole so it can stick out.. not a Problem. Like some other reviews said, the Velcro sucks. It’s not strong enough on its own. You could use the little screws also provided. I added some gorilla glue and kept it in place with tape until the glue dried. But everyone loves these lights. I’m going to order another set soon for the other side ... show more

The lights are okay, but there are some serious compromises. They are too expensive for what they are. At $10/light, they should be incredible. Pros: + small lights + many color options + different shades of white (the reason I got these, mainly because every other puck light on Amazon seems to be 2700k, and these do 3000k) + the remote is weirdly super nice. It's magnesium, not cheap plastic and feels like an ipod touch + set up is easy + the cords from the lights, and the power cord are very very long which gives you lots of options Cons: -two of the lights are more yellow, two are more blue which is not okay for this price! This is the biggest issue and the reason I'm going to have to return them (two of my pictures show the difference in light color. It's actually more obvious in person) -once you plug the lights in they're incredibly hard to unplug -the IR reader is very weak, so it has to be exposed, and the remote pointed towards it. Cheaper puck lights work from different rooms -the lights aren't very bright at maximum -the light colors are pretty, but you can't chose your own colors, only the built in options ... show more

I didn't actually use these for under a cabinet, but for my use they were awesome. I needed bright lights for inside a jack-o-lantern. Regular candles and those little LED tea lights just don't cut it. I hung these through the lid we cut out of the top, faced them towards the rear of the pumpkin, and they worked incredibly. Best looking jack-o-lanterns on the block, because you could actually see them! lol The controller is easy to use, wiring is easy to hook up. The only thing I would have liked to have was longer cables, but that's just for my purpose. For cabinets, there is plenty of wire. ... show more
