The seller advertised and in box new processor. I ran a check on the processor on Intel warranty page and found that the seller sold me a "made for China" cpu. it worked but a new CPU has a 3 year warranty, this thing has a 1 year left in warranty, was made for the China market, was not sent in the original box.     • Lots of PCIe Lanes which is so rare now.
I was able to get all my peripherals going with those 48 lanes, plus my motherboard lanes. Running a 7 camera studio off it no sweat.

The item listed is one and item shipped to me were completely different CPU. The CPU that I received was 10920x which just has 12 cores. The Item listed is 10980xe which has 18 cores 48 PCIE lanes etc. When I demanded for replacement they tried to give me a refund. I was not satisfied with the response because if they had the version listed in the website. They would sent a replacement. So my recommendation is don't buy from this listing since they have messed up so many times. ... show more

I have saved numerous instances of this web page at archive.org, archive.is and to my computer. It was originally sold and shipped by Amazon in this latest round starting yesterday, now that has changed to Erwin Comp. I have already requested an RMA and will have a witness (or two including one from the police) to open the shipping box, check that the seals on the item are intact and verify the CPU inside the sealed box. ... show more

This listing is broken and needs to be adjusted according, under Manfucator specification it listed as 10920x, yet the specs and the title say its 10980xe. Amazon will send you 10920x regards.

The product is exactly what I wanted. 18 core 10980xe. Good deal and shipping was really fast.
