I received the lamp quickly. It was easy to open and put together the stand. The magnetic stand is a little bothersome since it comes apart easily if too much pressure is put on it. But that’s not a big deal. My son says that he would prefer that the stand was black. I supposed you could just paint it since it’s unfinished wood. The directions were clear and simple and the lamp has a lot of different color settings and glow settings which my kids enjoy changing. The directions state that there is a blue light at the bottom when you charge it the first time, which should turn off when it is finished. This only happened when I first took it out of the package, which in fact there was a blue light and it did turn off when it was fully charged. But I haven’t seen it light up at just the bottom since then. The initial charge didn’t seem to take too long but I wasn’t anxiously waiting either. The charge does truly last all night so it’s great as a night light. The moon design is really beautiful and the colors are rich. It does have a dim option but I wish that it could dim more. I really like that it is made out of strong PVC material. It’s so tempting for the little ones to just bounce it but it is definitely not for bouncing. I had to remind my kids that it’s not a bouncy ball! They did drop it a few times on accident and it held up quite well. However, I mistakenly left the lamp on the ledge that shares our stairwell and my daughter knocked it over and it fell at least 15 feet. To my pleasant surprise the lamp still works! But the components inside became loose. I’m so glad it still works as it’s supposed to. It would be great if it came in a bigger size!

I really love this galaxy lamp and so does my 2.5 year old son. The only detail I have a thought on would be it does seem to take a long time to charge. I had it on charge all night when we first received it and the blue charging light never went off. However, I don’t think I have charged it since, it’s been about two weeks and it’s as bright as ever. The ball is made of sturdy material as my son likes to roll or sometimes toss it down a dark hallway and watch it glow. The changing colors are lovely and my favorite is when it slowly fades from one color to the next. Also, the stand it comes with is pretty ingenious, the magnets and the way it goes together. the look of the globe is nice in that it looks like each one is probably unique though I only have the one to compare it to. Thank you for a fun product.

When I ordered the glowing moon, I thought it was nice, but the beautiful words sold me. It starts, "If they whisper to you that you cannot withstand the storm, Whisper Back, I am the Storm." I have always encouraged my daughter to stand up for herself and be strong. The moon orb was a beautiful rendering of the lunar surface. It was touch-sensitive and changed colors and came on when you touched it. My granddaughter recently asked me for one. I was happy to get her the Galaxy Orb. The galaxy is perfect for my granddaughter and has different light setting that show the galaxy on the orb but also on her walls and ceiling. She was so grateful to receive the gift.

The Galaxy lamp is amazing! My kiddos love it and have used it every night! They each have their favorite color choice and have a rotation schedule, they made on their own, so each one gets a turn with their choice. It came ready to use and I’ve only had to charge it maybe four times in two and a half weeks. It comes with the charging cord and remote for the lamp. The charging light indicator helps a lot to know when it’s fully charged. I did try a usb wall plug to charge it and was happy with the charging results. The base was easy to put together. Using the picture with the instructions helped a lot when it first came. It’s easy to reassemble the base of kids decide to take it apart. The magnets that hold it together are strong and the galaxy lamp fits nicely on the base. The is a button on the bottom that you can tap for the lamp to come on. It goes through several color options by tapping it. The remote is much easier to use to get the the setting desired. The fact that there is a way to dim the lamp and to make it brighter is a great option. The color choices are amazing and having options to fade to other color options is great. My kiddos think this is amazing and like the texture of the moon lamp, we used that as a teachable moment. It came when expected and in great shape. Box was in perfect condition and the galaxy lamp did not disappoint! This may be a go to gift option for nephews and nieces! I highly recommend this!

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful product. Nice for all ages. Decent packaging. Easy to use. Love the long battery life, and that it can be used while charging. Love the stand as well - fits in with any decor, chic and modern, yet simple. We use it in our son’s room mostly and it’s been a great addition to his nighttime routine. You can change the brightness, and at night we make it dim, and the light is warm enough not to keep him from sleeping. The remote is handy, but it’s cool that you can also access the different colors and patterns by touching the globe. Only thing I didn’t like is we noticed our product had a lot of black pen marks on it. We don’t know if it was a return or if it happened before shipping. But overall, enjoyed by my 5 year old and both his parents, as well as everyone he excitedly shared it with!

It definitely doesn’t last 20 hours when fully charged. I charged it for a couple hours and it lasted maybe 10 hours before I had to charge it again and it wasn’t on a bright setting. I also thought it would project onto the ceiling, but its more like a night light. I wish it would last longer.
