Got this on a whim when i decided it was time to clean the track of our sliding glass door. Even though I vacuum it all the time it’s still a gross mess so I figured a little steam might do the trick. I wish I had taken before/after pictures but it went from full of dirt and dog hair, and difficult to slide to literally as clean as the day the house was built and easily slides open and closed with one finger! I love this steam cleaner. I've had it since 2022 and it still works great, attachments it comes with are helpful, and it's easy to use. I have my two preteens use this when they clean their bathroom. If you have boys then you know why a steam cleaner is a necessity, especially when it comes to their bathroom. It does a great job deep cleaning and getting gross stuff cleaned away from the toilet/tile. That being said, it's perfect for a small job. Small being the key word. I recently used this steam cleaner on some stains that had set in to the carpeting in my truck, and just scrubbing them with the attachment and steam helped to loosen them up a ton so I could remove them. So it's also great for that. It does what it's supposed to and works, but it doesnt hold much water and you will run out quick. (Which is a given considering the size, but even for smallish task that require some work prepare to have to unplug it, let it cool down, refill it, then plug it back in to heat up). It doesn't take take long to heat up once plugged in, but it can annoying if you have a large area to cover. But for small everyday messes it's great. So, if you need a small handheld for small quick jobs, or something easy for your kids (older kids, it's steam so don't let the littles use) this is perfect. If you need something for an entire floor...find something that has a larger water tank. ... show more

I was anxious to try the Bissell Steam shot, I always try products in my home before using it at a clients. I scrub my grout lines with soap and water every time I use my kitchen and showers, what I thought was clean because the visual looked clean was a big surprise. I used the steam shot and one of the brush attachments and could not believe what came up ! Pros: This product is compact, easy to use, lite weight, water heats up quickly, comes with many attachments, long cord, good for medium/small jobs (only because of time involved) if using for your home and a no hurry time frame this is perfect little set up. Over all I'm very pleased and happy with the Bissell Steam Shot. Cons: only holds 6oz of water per fill (although water heats up quickly) Not practical for very large jobs if your in a time crunch. But over all you can't go wrong, I think everyone should own one. ... show more
