First of all, the Post Office had fast shipping. Good job of bringing it to my front door as it was an oversized box. The vacuum has great power and fast charging. The light on the front bottom of the vacuum is very bright. It took seconds to assemble the vacuum. Like the easy pull apart functions. Vacuumed the whole house in minutes, and the baseboards too. Awesome suction power, light weight compared to regular vacs. No tangle brush works well. Wonderful to use on the stairs. Debris canister is a bit small so I have to empty it often, but it's a small price to pay in comparison to the benefits that it offers. Oddly makes me excited to use as our carpeted stairs have always been a hassle when having to lug a regular vac with cord around. The battery is short lived when on the high setting, but I purchased a back up battery to have on hand and that works great. You don't have to hang it (with the included unit hanger) near an outlet as the battery detaches for ease of charging. All attachments are extremely useful and they all hang very secure and neatly on the included hanger. ... show more

Overall, this is a great vacuum. It has awesome suction, charges fast, and the battery lasts long enough to vacuum my whole house with about 30% to spare. I really like the wall mount charging stand in that the attachments clip on and off so they don't randomly fall to the floor forcing me to put them somewhere I then subsequently can't find when I need them. The suction power is truly awesome. Of the three levels, I have only needed the medium power on one or two occasions and never the highest setting. The brush rolls don't get immediately jammed full of hair but still do a great job of cleaning up dog hair. The only down sides are that the canister is pretty small, and I have to empty 2 or 3 times in 20 minutes of vacuuming and the major issue id that there is no suction relief valve, so it stalls and shuts down the brush on area rugs, dog beds, etc. This is a pretty major annoyance that would have made me look at another model had I paid better attention when shopping. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We have 5 young kids, 4 dogs, 3 cats, and a farm so we have a lot of pet hair and dirt that gets tracked in the house daily. I got so tired of using the big vacuum every day, so I bought a cheap corded small vacuum. That one has such a short cord that it was more of a pain to use than the big one. I finally gave in and bought this one and I'll never look back. This is a wonderful, lightweight vacuum. My 72yo mother who has back problems and is unable to easily use other vacuums was easily able to use this one. It swivels well around furniture and other obstacles. It also fits under most furniture, unlike my large, corded vacuum. The suction power is greater than I expected from a stick vacuum. It has 3 settings so you can pick which level is best for whatever surface you're vacuuming. It vacuums our tile, carpet, wood, and rugs easily so it's very versatile. The light on this is so bright that a floor that looks clean is clearly not once the vacuum is on. I'm a bit of a clean freak which is hard with so many pets and kids, and this is a game changer! We have to detangle the roller at least 1x a week on the large vacuum that is supposedly for pets. I was worried this vacuum would tangle easily, too, but we haven't had an issue yet. The storage capacity is larger than I expected. I was worried I'd have to dump the canister 20x each day. I'm able to vacuum daily and dump it 3x. So it holds less than the big vacuums, but that's to be expected. I got this while it was on sale, but now that I have used it, I would pay full price for it! We haven't used the mount so I can't speak to how well it holds. The attachments are great for furniture and getting in corners. The 2 things I wish were different: 1) I wish the suction setting would turn on to the previous setting it was on when it was turned off. It always turns back on at the middle setting. This can be annoying when I have to stop to move a toy or something and have to remember to turn the vacuum setting back to the right level when I turn it back on. And, it's really not that big of a deal. 2) I wish the battery lasted longer and the back up batteries weren't so expensive. And, when I was doing research to see which cordless stick vacuum to buy, the length of the battery seems to be pretty average. Our house is about 3,000sqft, so I have to vacuum half of the house at one time and the other later after the battery charges. It seems to take about 4-5 hours to fully charge a dead battery. ... show more

I’m not normally one to leave reviews however I believe this vacuum is deserving of one. This picture is after just ONE MINUTE of vacuuming my carpet in the living room. I have a an Australian shepherd/ Rhodesian ridgeback mix, and I also suffer from a decent amount of hair loss due to a medical condition. Not to mention I have two young kids who leave a trail of crumbs somehow everywhere they go. This vacuum tackled hair, fur, and crumbs with no issues on my high pile carpet and tile flooring. The best part is that the self cleaning brush roll still looked spotless, so it did its job there! I got this vacuum as an alternative to my wet vacuum that is corded as it seemed it would be easier for daily use and needing less maintenance. I live in a small apartment, so the battery time doesn’t affect me too much, however if you have a bigger home I would consider buying a second battery to go with this vacuum. The suction power is strong, and it reaches corners and crevices well, while also fitting under hard to reach spaces. The bright lights made it so much easier to see spots that I may otherwise have missed, plus it’s just satisfying to watch as all the yuck disappears under the spotlight.
