2 week update : the more I use this the more I love it. It has great suction and I haven’t had any issues with the battery life. All the attachments work great and the collection bin is very easy to empty. I have also been using this to vacuum the whole house a couple times a week, we have a smaller house, I could probably vacuum our house three or 4 times before the vacuum needs charged. I just got this bad boy in the mail. I will be coming back to update the review if needed. Great suction (I have an Australian Shepherd and this thing picks up his hair no problem!!) amazing lights! We have a lot of hard wood floors and rugs and it does great on both. I’m amazed with the amount of dust it picks up that my other vacuum didn’t. Very light weight. The attachments are easy to put on and take off, the overall functionality is great. Easy emptying system. So far the only down side to this vaccum is the time it takes to charge and how long it holds that charge. I’d say it runs close to 30 min on medium suction and closer to 15/20 min if you have it all the way turned up. We have a Roomba that we run every night and just use this vacuum for small messes that the kids/dog make. I’m not sure if I would use this as a whole house vac because of the battery life. ... show more

    • The Light Is So Nice, It Let's You See Every Speck of Dust! Game Changer in Cleaning!

I have had this about a week. I won't lie, I am loving this vacuum. First of all there is no cord. It has 3 speeds so you can switch to which ever one you want which is nice depending on what kind of surface you are cleaning. I used it on carpet, wood and porcelain tile and it did nicely on all three. It stands up on it's own if you need to turn it off for a few minutes. I was able to vacuum near my husbands office with the door open while he was in a meeting. It is fairly quiet which is a huge bonus. The biggest and first feature that I was so thrilled with is the bright light that lets you see everything. What a game changer. It is a bit heavy on the top and I wish it was a little more ergo dynamic on the handle but that being said it is fairly easy to maneuver around, but my weak wrists were not used to such a straight design on the handle. I do think I will get used to it though. It does not feel cheap. It sucked the husky hair out of everywhere I could find it (and if you have a dog that sheds that is a huge bonus). It really did a nice job on my stairs. I removed the long tube and used both attachments which came in so handy. The cup is not the biggest but it still got the job done though my husky's fur did fill it up fast because it cleaned so well, I had to empty it several times. I wish it had a larger cup. On a good note the little silver handle to pull the cup out is really handy and it makes emptying it out much easier. Putting the cup back on was a little strange at first until I figured it out. The brush has a squeegee like effect and it does a really good job at sucking up dirt. My birds make a big mess with seed and it did a phenomenal job sucking that mess up. The corner tool got the hidden birdseed out of the corners really well. Overall it's a bit heavier than I imagined. That smaller vac head has excellent suction and will allow me to do stairs and near toilets with the slimmer profile. Slightly heavier than my 20 year old corded Shark Rocket but it has features I have decided I can't live without. My husband was able to install it on the wall quickly and it charges very quickly. It's a nice looking vacuum and the wall charger looks nice with everything attached. It has three lights that let you see how much it has charged. Honestly besides the non-ergo handle I am in love. I also have the best Bissell Floor Mop (Crosswave) that is the best thing I ever bought. So I am really sold on the Bissell line right now. With my new porcelain floor I have two products I can really trust will clean it well. ... show more

    • Great hard floor vacuum

This is a great lil vac if you have pets, kids, and hard floors. It’s lightweight, easy to assemble and clean. Our house is completely plank flooring with a rug here and there. We have two dogs, one with wiry white hair that is EVERYWHERE. NTM the messy children who can’t eat over the table to save their life. I find this works great on the hard floors and pretty good on thinner rugs. It’s pretty powerful for how small it is, even. On the lowest setting. Our one thicker rug is pretty tricky to get with this vac. I have to only move in a certain direction or it goes into error mode, the foot lights flash and it has to be turned off and back on to reset. I most often use it on the lowest setting to maintain battery so I can get the main parts of my house in one sweep. The battery does charge fairly quickly as well. I like how flat the entire unit gets so you can get under some spaces with it. The attachments are decent for getting into corners and the fur attachment does ok on my couch. My dogs white hair gets EMBEDDED in things and nothing really gets it out. The light on the foot shows a disturbing amount of hair and dirt. I also have a BISSELL wet vac which I absolutely love but I bought this for in between, quicker cleanups and hoping it would work on our rugs. Overall I’m more than happy for the price. However, my last time using it I unknowingly sucked up an ornament hook under the couch and can’t get the foot out of error mode no matter what I try. I had to order a $50 replacement part from BISSELL, so that’s a little disappointing. Otherwise, great lil vac. ... show more
