The inspiration for this purchase initially came from GoCleanCo (IYKYK), however the need for it came from my naughty cat. We had issues with marking on the couch and beds. Before I bought the Little Green Machine, anytime this happened it would completely derail half my day. For context the couch is OLD, like 90%-of-the- leather-peeled-off-but-you-need-a-crane-to-get-it-out-so-it's-stuck-here OLD. That being said, it was a tedious, meticulous, and repititive process, needing to do every spot clean 3x to make a difference. I never felt I could get the couch clean enough and I always felt that there was a lingering smell of cat pee. AFTER the first use of the Little Green Machine, the couch actually smelled good. Not just better, but actually CLEAN and it removed so much dirt (picture after one pass). Only one con, and not enough to deduct a point since it's likely my own oversight, but it's just slightly less powerful than I was anticipating, but overall works great.

The cap on the clean water/detergent bottle needs to be cranked down pretty hard to keep from leaking. My wife can't quite do it, so I have to. The threads seem to be spaced pretty wide, which arguably means you don't have turn it very much to tighten it, but it also seems to mean it cranks down just a tiny bit off-level, which may be where people see leaks. If the threads were more narrowly spaced, I think it would probably crank down more evenly, though it would require a few more turns. As it is, it leaks a tiny bit when the bottle is first turned upside down to place it in the machine, but then it's OK. So, be sure to fill the bottle over a sink or something AND turn it cap-down there, before trying to insert it in the machine. In operation, it works fine. We use it for pet stains. It's not like a commercial carpet cleaner, so don't expect miracles. You might have to apply it more than once. But, for a small, portable machine, it seems to work adequately.

This has been a life saver! I was about to get my car detailed when I saw this and figured I can be my own detailer. Also great for carpet. There are spills or dirt from time to time and I don’t have to haul out my obnoxious large carpet cleaner for one spot. This machine is light and easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone but especially if you have pets.

This little machine is small but mighty! It is stable on the floor when I’m cleaning up a mess. It doesn’t use too much water as you are sucking up the mess so drying time of my carpet is very little. I love the performance of it as much as I loved my spot bot I used to have years ago.
