  • Buy a spare set of filters so it's easy to swap out when you clean it.
I love this vacuum. Has great suction picks up all the light and heavy dirt. Fairly easy to maintain.

  • Fur, Hair, Dirt, Grime, you gave met your match!
Let me just say…I love this vacuum! I searched for months regarding hard floor cleaners and steamers, and what worked best vs. what looked best, and what was most handy. I finally purchased this vacuum based on another review and the fact that the woman said she had a bad back and this vacuum was light weight and the best vacuum she had ever bought. Well, I agree with her. The light weight aspect of this allows me to carry it up my steps, roll it around my home, and take care of business efficiently. The vacuum comes with the extra tools and they are easy to clip on and use. I will say I had my doubts when I received it and I was able lift it with my foot, but I can honestly say all my doubts have been put to rest! No one loves everything about anything, so let me list the cons I have found. They have not stopped my love for this vacuum, but they do exist. Cons- The cord is extremely short, however, I bought a 25 ft. extension cord and the problem is solved. The canister is small, but I personally like this because I have a husband that tends to forget to empty canisters, and the smallness of this ensures he does it more often. The color….LOL. I hate this burnt orange. But who buys a vacuum for the color? I can honestly say that after months of research, I wouldn’t change my purchase for anything else. I have friends and family who have bought the wall hanging ones, have the steamer ones, and have the rechargeable, I can say that no one has ever really loved any of them and that 3 of the people I know have now bought this one and absolutely change it. It does not clean the floors, that is what a mop and bucket are for, but it picks up cat fur, dog fur, sand, powder, and all the small stuff that get tracked in on the daily! ... show more

  • Overpriced. Decent canister vacuum.
You pay for the mock Dyson design here, pretty sure. The vacuum is overpriced by $100 IMO. I've had reliable vacuums over the years from Miele, LG, and Samsung. Canister, corded, cordless. And some Hoover and Bissell. (Most donated when moving etc and just upgraded.) This vacuum does okay on hardwood floors. Okay because it's 360 degrees suction just isn't where it should be for a corded canister. There's a lot of angling and maneuvering to pick up dry dust, pet hair, and sand. Esp. Along the baseboards with a direct contact with the brush flush against the wall. I'd expect more cleaning power. It's easy to use. Easily assembled. The telescopic wand took some getting used to because it's not necessarily intuitive. Not sure what it is about this one but it somehow...just isn't intuitive. There's also nothing electronic or automatic about this vacuum. The buttons are on the canister. No controls on the handle etc. There's only one speed. The vacuum does okay on rugs and carpets. It's not marketed for those and I leaved to just hold the base up at a 30 degree angle and slowly pulling over the rugs and carpets to clean in a pinch. Suction power is okay overall short of the aforementioned limitations. Considering this is a high powered broom im on the fence. Cleaning this thing is okay. You do have to disassemble the bin to get it cleaned out. I take it outside with a trash bag and disassemble it there. It's a dusty endeavor for sure. Bin snaps into the canister nicely. That's a win. Filtering seems to be good, too. Wouldn't actually recommend this to a friend. It's just not "there"... looks nice. Decent capacity. But just too close to having returned it. Planned to keep it foe 1.5 years and then donating it. ... show more

  • Great for laminate floors.
Just moved to a new house and needed a new vacuum for a house with laminate floors. Have a Dyson upright and it was too heavy and not that great in picking up small particles on laminate floors. After much anguish and reading so many reviews, settled on this vacuum. I am 95% satisfied. Pros -Quieter than my upright Dyson. Can vacuum at night and not wake up the kids. -Great in picking up small particulate matter and dust. The vaccuum head has a roll that spins when it is in contact with the floor. It does not use a belt but spins passively due to the suction with the ground. -love the cord retraction functionality. Completely awesome. -much lighter than the Dyson -Can choose between 2 vacuum heads and also has 2 small accessory attachments. Cons -it has less overall suction than the Dyson, but yet it worked better on the laminate. -just decent on low pile rug. Would not use this on carpet. -not very compact in storage. See photo. Neutral -cord length is fine in my opinion. Not as long as Dyson, but it's ok. ----------///-----------/-/------- Update 6/2016 It's been about two months. I forgot to add a few pros - great in picking things up close to the wall. - easy to take off canister, easy to empty, and easy to put back on. - like the easily adjustable length stick Cons- - not so easy to vaccuum stairs. - a plastic piece which surrounds the hose to the handle broke. It's function was to prevent kinking of the hose at the handle. So far it has not been a problem as the hose is pretty sturdy and doesn't kink even without it, however, kind of suprised it broke after 2 months. - haven't really found a use for the 2 hose attachments. ... show more
