I used this for the first time on my ceramic tile floors - they were so full of dried on mud and dirt and dog hair, I was desperate. It was taking me three different types of cleaning (broom, vacuum, mop) to get the floor anywhere near clean. I decided to try the Bissell Cross Wave Pet Pro, to see if it was easier. I am a Senior, and not as strong as I used to be, but even though it is heavier than I would like, I managed. A little awkward to handle and get used to, but I suspect after another couple uses it will be fairly easy. It is well worth the money, and learning to use it properly. Tomorrow I am going to try it on my area rugs. I am recommending it to my friends here in Texas, an also in California. Try it! I am sure you will like it. ... show more

Worked great and even got rid of the smell in the fur babies bedroom. I have all hard floors throughout my house. It vacuumed and mopped all at once. I vacuum then mopped without changing tools. I would definitely recommend this one.

Amazon doesn’t take its renewal process of products very seriously. I quite literally just pulled the box in excited to try out this product and there’s a heap of someone else’s dust and hair in the filter The actual bin itself is dusty and disgusting and the water tank is wet 🤢🤢🤢. You’d think, for the price, the renewed item would actually be clean! There’s a sticker on the box that said someone inspected it, but whoever that was has no pride in their work. Can’t say anything about the product itself because I’m returning for the actual new model. I wish I had better things to say because I was SO excited to get to use this today, but come on, the pictures speak for themselves! ... show more

Works really good. Works better when you vacuum first. Cleans with soapy water and really cleans but not for actual vacuuming...should still vacuum and then this. Floor came out clean and you can see the dirty water after.

I love this machine. No more must I sweep, then swiffer to get the hair and fuzz before mopping. I simply make sure there’s cleaning solution and water in the clean tank and off I go. Machine is very easy to clean for storage and it does an excellent job.
