  • Very excited and impressed with 5 animals to cleanup after!
Style: CW Cordless
I have to say, compared to a Swiffer that I’ve been using for years this machine does the job 5 times better, if not more. I will say it’s a lot more cleaning and maintenance to keep the machine clean than just ripping off the pad of a Swiffer, but it’s worth it. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats so it’s an endless cycle of cleaning, not having to constantly be pressing a button for cleaner and using a dirty pad to move it around, is a game changer and I think I’m going to love this product. ... show more

The product came quickly with Amazon Prime and was packaged very well. Bissell is always a set above the rest and it can be seen with how durable this product feels. I absolutely love this product we used to use a wet jet, steam mop and a few others and they don't even come close to how well this cleans. I use hot water within the limit that is recommended. It has self clean and it works beautifully. The look of it is very modern and has a digital display that is easy to read. The brush is very soft and it leaves the floor slightly damp to the touch. I recommend this for anyone who wants clean floors without killing themselves but beware the first time you use this you'll be shocked at the dirt this pulls up and you thought your floors were clean. ... show more

  • Definitely recommend this!

I absolutely love this vaccum/mop!! It is very light to pick up off the charging station and very easy to push and pull. It is very durable, I've bumped it a couple of times on the table and there are no scratches or anything at all. I use it almost everyday. I absolutely love that it mops as well, it hold the water without it leaking out. The attachments are easy to take out and clean and put back in! You will have to fill it up with water and mop solution a couple of times if you mop your entire house but I think it is worth it. I absolutely love the self-cleaning on it. Also it's not loud as my other vaccum so i definitely apprecitate that! I definitely recommend this vaccum/mop. I've been using it for over a month and no problems at all honestly. I have a heart condition so this vacuum helps me out so much with cleaning the house which is one thing I have a huge problem with. ... show more

  • Good as a floor vacuum, less good as a floor washer
Style: CW Cordless
I've had this for awhile now, and I've used it several times. I gave it 4 stars because, as a hardwood floor vacuum, it does a good job. The battery lasts a long time, the suction is good, the motor is quiet, the freedom from a power cord is awesome, and it maneuvers well (although it has a high profile and does not fit under furniture as well as some units might). It is easy to empty and the filter works well. The things I don't like as much include the need to wash the filter and let it dry overnight (it doesn't seem to really get clean, and I worry about mildew growing in the folds of the filter fabric). Also, I'm not as impressed with the unit as a floor washer. Yes, you can add water and have the soft brush "scrub" your floor. However, it's a huge pain. Every time you do that, you then have to completely disassemble everything and wash each piece, thoroughly wash the soft scrubber brush, and then let everything dry out overnight (and the soft scrubber brush usually takes about 2 more days to dry out completely, before you can put it back in the unit). Plus, I didn't think it did a super great job with scrubbing/cleaning the floors. I honestly got better results with my Swiffer Wet Jet. So now I use the unit only for dry floor vacuuming, then I go over the floors again with the Wet Jet. It felt like too much of a hassle to box it all up and send it back for a refund, so I just kept it (I needed a new floor vacuum anyway)....but if I could do it over again, I would have saved myself the money and got a less expensive unit that only did dry floor vacuuming. ... show more

  • I wish I could return it at this point.
Style: CW Cordless
I decided to give into the Bissell hype when my Tineco died because I wasn’t prepared to spend nearly $600 on a new mop vac. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I’ve had this thing for a few months now and I hate it more the more times I use it. 1) They want you to put SO MUCH cleaner in this thing it’s ridiculous. When I put the amount they want, the mop gets sudsy and leaves soap residue all over my floors. Not sure if they just want me to buy a ton of cleaner since I probably go through about 3 tanks to get my 1500 sq ft done or what. BTW, 3 tanks includes the cleaning cycle I complete every time I fill the dirty water tank. 2) There may be a “dedicated vacuum setting” but the rollers seem to always be wet—ick! It says give them 24 hours to dry after mopping and before using the vacuum setting. I pulled it out today after not having used it for a week and the rollers were immediately wet when on the dry vacuum setting. This makes me wonder how much bacteria was growing on it and is now on my floor. 3) Don’t actually believe the photos where it’s picking up cereal and clumps of hair; it can barely handle a little bit of cat litter and 2 dogs worth of hair. I literally have to hold the vacuum still over large pieces so it can work its way through the vacuum without spitting it out. Most of the time the hair is rolled up and spit out and I have to go over it a dozen times just to get it up. Now, this is when it’s on the mop setting. But like I said above, even when I wanted to use the dry vacuum setting I couldn’t because the rollers seem to never dry. 4) This mop will get all the small particles for the most part so my floor looks tidier but it’s definitely not clean. This just pushes dirty water around which, given the design, shouldn’t be a possibility. But it is and it does. My floors are just streaked with dirty water. 5) The “self cleaning” is not actually self cleaning when I have to rinse the roller and cover before “self cleaning” because it can’t suction up the hair that’s caught up in there. Also, when the self cleaning cycle gets to about 70% and it really starts going fast (I assume to attempt to dry the rollers) it starts shooting little streams of water out from either side of the dirty water tank. Do yourself a favor and avoid this thing. I checked about a month ago and had a heart palpitation thinking I paid $380 but apparently I got it on sale for $230. I was okay with that then and now I feel like even that is too much. At least I saved an animal. ... show more
