This has replaced my broom , dustpan and mop! It's absolutely amazing! I think any company willing to put a light for you to see the dirt, grime , pet hair etc the BEST, it just has to be a good one. Because having the light allows you to see the nasty stuff on your floor, verses no llight. Without a light I can tell bow how much stuff I was actually missing. So having the light I know my house is cleaner than before using this machine. It definitely has enough power for anything it can tackle! Ive really put this to the test and it's surpassed my expectations. It's the best hands down! I had to clean a floor that wasn't cleaned for over 3 days with 4 kids making messes (long story) but any how this thing got that floor shiney and new! This gets the edges but NOT the Crack. But I can't expect it to do that. I was shocked it could clean edges really well. So the only thing after cleaning the floor i do is fo around and clean the Crack inbetween the baseboard and floor. This machine saves me soooooo much time, I absolutely love that! Instead of having to sweep then mop, this does both at the same time! And works amazing. There's nothing this thing can't clean (but it can only pick up things that is a bit smaller than it's hose. But I hardly have to pick anything up (nothing abnormal ) before using it. My house has stayed so much more cleaner with this having the rug cleaning option! Alot of times I didn't want to get out my steam cleaner and go threw the process . So I would have a bunch of stains that I eventually had to get to and took alot more time cleaning since they set in. But with this, I don't mind getting it out at all. It's super easy to fill up, clean and maintain and use in my every day cleaning, multiple times a day. Honestly the best cleaning machine ever! I highly highly recommend it. (I've seen some bot so good reviews and I know they must be doing somthing wrong because this machine is amazing and worth the money and even more) honestly! And a couple features I want to say are so neat, there's a button for rug or hardwood making it super easy and simple to switch between floors . The head of the machine doesn't just go straight, it has a swivel head! That has been super helpful! There's lights on it that tell you when you need to refill the water and also clean the dirty water tank. Overall I would buy this over and over and over! I received this as part of a promotion

I debated for far too long on whether i wanted to get this. I have used it consistently every other day(if not more)- thanks to a farm spouse, messy toddler, and a crazy dog all ensuring our home is well loved and lived in. We have roughly 1700 sf of hardwood flooring. I am able to thoroughly make it through half the house on one charge. And that is slow, thorough passes to suck up and clean all of the floor. I have had no issues with the roll- I wash it with dawn and let it dry thoroughly after use. I wish it had a little longer battery life, but really can’t complain since I went cordless! Lightweight, easy and convenient. LOVE the light on the front to see small things I would otherwise miss.

Bissell is a brand I've used in my home for years. I wasn't aware until recently, that every purchase helps animals. So it's one of those feel good product brands to have in your home as well. The BisselCrosswave OmniFind Cordless is am absolutely dream to have, especially if you've got pets. I had mine up and running and fully charged out of the box within the hour. I'm also not new to multi surface cleaners so I was able to compare them to my older models. The Bissell cost far less than my old model and didn a far superior job. The water and cleaner solution tank is located at the back of the machine. This was new for me. As most machines place the clean water and dirty water reservoir at the front. Bissell moving it to the back made for a more evenly distributed weight to the machine. The Bissell Crosswave OmniFind also has a light in the front to help see where you're cleaning. I however have white tile floors and the light actually made it more difficult to see. On my darker tiled floors it was helpful. Lighter it was a hindrance. The machine comes with a soft brush roller. This is where most of these machines fall short. The brush is far too soft to really get that deep penetrating clean that I prefer. It gets the job done sure, but just not as deeply as I'd like. Sticky spots on the floor sometimes don't come up so easily with this machine even if using the spot button. So yes it falls short. I wish it came with a brush with some tougher bristles. But I realize all multi floor cleaners fall short in this same area. So it is what it is. The battery life for me was not bad at all. I wad able to clean my entire lower level without a battery drain so for me it's of no issue and gets the job done. The machines dirty tank works wonderfully. I haven't faced any clogs like my old machine did..it gets lots of hair up too and that is amazing. Some machines I've used struggled to get hair off tile, the OmniFind does not. I have 4 dogs and 2 of them are shedding machines. This Bissell handles it without any hiccups. The solution the machine comes with also smells amazing and leaves behind a nice fresh clean smell in the house. Overall it's a wonderful machine for a price that cannot be beat. While the machine could use an upgraded brush, I cannot complain because I had absolutely no issues with it. Ease of set up. Lightweight. Saves pets and doesn't take up much space in my home.
