This has replaced my broom , dustpan and mop! It's absolutely amazing! I think any company willing to put a light for you to see the dirt, grime , pet hair etc the BEST, it just has to be a good one. Because having the light allows you to see the nasty stuff on your floor, verses no llight. Without a light I can tell bow how much stuff I was actually missing. So having the light I know my house is cleaner than before using this machine. It definitely has enough power for anything it can tackle! Ive really put this to the test and it's surpassed my expectations. It's the best hands down! I had to clean a floor that wasn't cleaned for over 3 days with 4 kids making messes (long story) but any how this thing got that floor shiney and new! This gets the edges but NOT the Crack. But I can't expect it to do that. I was shocked it could clean edges really well. So the only thing after cleaning the floor i do is fo around and clean the Crack inbetween the baseboard and floor. This machine saves me soooooo much time, I absolutely love that! Instead of having to sweep then mop, this does both at the same time! And works amazing. There's nothing this thing can't clean (but it can only pick up things that is a bit smaller than it's hose. But I hardly have to pick anything up (nothing abnormal ) before using it. My house has stayed so much more cleaner with this having the rug cleaning option! Alot of times I didn't want to get out my steam cleaner and go threw the process . So I would have a bunch of stains that I eventually had to get to and took alot more time cleaning since they set in. But with this, I don't mind getting it out at all. It's super easy to fill up, clean and maintain and use in my every day cleaning, multiple times a day. Honestly the best cleaning machine ever! I highly highly recommend it. (I've seen some bot so good reviews and I know they must be doing somthing wrong because this machine is amazing and worth the money and even more) honestly! And a couple features I want to say are so neat, there's a button for rug or hardwood making it super easy and simple to switch between floors . The head of the machine doesn't just go straight, it has a swivel head! That has been super helpful! There's lights on it that tell you when you need to refill the water and also clean the dirty water tank. Overall I would buy this over and over and over! I received this as part of a promotion

I have now been using this vacuum for a few weeks and want to say that it’s been great. It’s easy to use and clean afterwards, it’s effective and worth the price. In the past, I’ve used a similar appliance from a different brand and didn’t really like it so I was skeptical. But this vacuum exceeded my expectations. The setup is pretty straightforward and you can start cleaning right away. It’s light, cordless and pretty easy to maneuver, my 5 yo enjoyed helping clean. It picks up dirt and stains well, leaving floor cleaning in a small amount of time. Of course, it’s not a deep clean or scrubbing, but much better than other mop vac I tried or swiffer. My only problem was that it arrived with a defect - clean water tank was leaking slightly. I was about to return it but was curious to try it out and liked it so much I decided to deal with manufacturer support. It took me 10-15 minutes on the phone to explain the issue and have them send me a replacement part. It arrived a couple of days later. Which is great because I have a vacuum from another name brand and their parts are often our stock which is frustrating,

Bissell is a brand I've used in my home for years. I wasn't aware until recently, that every purchase helps animals. So it's one of those feel good product brands to have in your home as well. The BisselCrosswave OmniFind Cordless is am absolutely dream to have, especially if you've got pets. I had mine up and running and fully charged out of the box within the hour. I'm also not new to multi surface cleaners so I was able to compare them to my older models. The Bissell cost far less than my old model and didn a far superior job. The water and cleaner solution tank is located at the back of the machine. This was new for me. As most machines place the clean water and dirty water reservoir at the front. Bissell moving it to the back made for a more evenly distributed weight to the machine. The Bissell Crosswave OmniFind also has a light in the front to help see where you're cleaning. I however have white tile floors and the light actually made it more difficult to see. On my darker tiled floors it was helpful. Lighter it was a hindrance. The machine comes with a soft brush roller. This is where most of these machines fall short. The brush is far too soft to really get that deep penetrating clean that I prefer. It gets the job done sure, but just not as deeply as I'd like. Sticky spots on the floor sometimes don't come up so easily with this machine even if using the spot button. So yes it falls short. I wish it came with a brush with some tougher bristles. But I realize all multi floor cleaners fall short in this same area. So it is what it is. The battery life for me was not bad at all. I wad able to clean my entire lower level without a battery drain so for me it's of no issue and gets the job done. The machines dirty tank works wonderfully. I haven't faced any clogs like my old machine did..it gets lots of hair up too and that is amazing. Some machines I've used struggled to get hair off tile, the OmniFind does not. I have 4 dogs and 2 of them are shedding machines. This Bissell handles it without any hiccups. The solution the machine comes with also smells amazing and leaves behind a nice fresh clean smell in the house. Overall it's a wonderful machine for a price that cannot be beat. While the machine could use an upgraded brush, I cannot complain because I had absolutely no issues with it. Ease of set up. Lightweight. Saves pets and doesn't take up much space in my home. The suction is great, It picked up every single thing from my floor. It’s not loud at all, I was expecting something much louder for the work it does. It stores away so easily with its charging pad, it hardly takes up any space. The battery life is moderate, it’s not a big problem for me, my place isn’t huge. It’s a two bedroom and I was able to do two rooms, a living room, dinning room, kitchen and bathroom in one go. I did have to empty it out and refill it half way through but I don’t mind that. The material feels very high quality but it’s still light enough to carry around the house. It vacuums hard floors, rugs AND it self cleans. This is absolutely worth your money.
