This is a great vacuum. It sucks up SO much dirt and dog hair. It’s easy to empty as well. It took me some time to get used to how the cord comes out at the bottom because if you’re not holding the cord, the vacuum will roll over the cord. But overall great vacuum for the price.

I have been using this vacuum for almost 2 months now. Pros: -Very light weight compared to my previous vacuum. I'm able to pick it up to move it up and down my stairs with ease. -Quiet. My old vacuum was very loud. My cats would freak out and I'd have to wear sound proof headphones to use it due to my sensory issues. This vacuum is quiet enough that I don't have to wear headphones and my cats chill on the couch watching me. -Efficient. I vacuum once a week and I have 2 cats. It picks up hair, crumbs, you name it, very easily. I've had no issues with its efficiency. -It was easy to put together. My ADHD makes it very had to follow written instructions. However, putting the parts together was simple and I had no trouble. Also, yesterday, I accidentally sucked up my tweezers when using the hose attachment. I was able to quickly take apart the hose pieces and retrieve my tweezers without any damage. I really appreciate the simplicity of the design. -I LOVE the retractable cord that stays hidden inside the vacuum when stored. Cons: None. I have been using a Bissell vacuum cleaner for over 10 years. When my previous vacuum was damaged, I searched online for a replacement and decided to stay with the same brand. I purchased a new Bissell vacuum from Amazon at the end of November 2025 for a reasonable price. It was delivered to my door on time. So far, it has been working very well—it is lighter in weight and has a longer extension than my old one. I am satisfied with its performance and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable vacuum cleaner for carpeted floors. ... show more

After three months of owning and using this, I feel confident enough to leave an honest review. This vacuum to me is an "old fashioned" vacuum cleaner-the kind I grew up with. Big, powerful, heavy to push around, but absolutely superb at vacuuming. In fact, the old vacuum cleaners that this reminds me of never came close to the power and efficiency of this unit. My rugs have never looked so obviously clean. I couldn't be happier with those results. This week for the first time I took it apart to clean (including the roller brush). I want to make sure I maintain the vacuum as well as I can to get as much use out of it and maintenance is important. Taking the tank apart and cleaning the filter was a breeze. I used lukewarm soapy water to clean the filter and then left it to dry for a few hours outside. The same can't be said for the plastic piece that holds the brush roller in place. There are six tiny screws to deal with and they are not easy to remove. My husband gave me a hand with that task, but it was still a pain. That is really the only reason I did not give this five stars. Other than that, a real winner 👍. ... show more

Great vacuum for the price. Put together in about 5mins with no tools. Has great suction & picked up a ton of dog hair my last vacuum missed. Also super easy to dump out the dust bin. Pleasantly surprised by this vacuum!

After having my dirt devil for over 6 years I decided to switch to a Bissell. Keep in mind the dirt devil worked for me for many years. I knew it was time to get a new one. I vacuumed regularly. I used this Bissell on one area rug and I was shocked at the amount of debris it sucked up! It’s not overly large but big enough to vacuum my entire 1300 square foot home. The pickup speed of this masterpiece is remarkably swift. Personally, I had anticipated that you would need to pass the cleaning tool over the dust (or whatever substance you are cleaning) twice or once, depending on the level of dustiness or dirtiness. This is cheaply made and poorly designed. I don't even think it is a Bissell. I have an old Bissell and right by the name is a very small circle with R like a copyright would look. This looks like a kid's toy. On my old one you pull out only the dirt cup with and easy turn of the knob on the body. No latches to open and nothing in the way of emptying. The filtration is on the top and bottom of the dirt cup and stay on the vacuum. It washes and empties so much easier. It makes a terrible noise if you need to adjust for a higher- level rug. There's a ridiculous latch to hold the hose. The other one just clips in at the top. Wow is all I have to say after looking long and hard for a vacuum. I'm not going to return another one. Obviously, this one won't last long. It is lightweight and much easier than a shark of the same weight because you aren't pivoting all the heavy parts back and forth. What terrible design anymore. Because it has height adjustment it is more consistent in moving across the floor smoothly. I can't believe the price compared to value. I could understand paying as much for my old one due to inflation. This one is worth half the price definitely. ... show more
